Unbelievable Service, the best I have had. I need a fuel filter for my 72 VW and Gil ordered. It said it’ll be there within one hour. Customer service is excellent always friendly and prices are very reasonable. If they don’t have it, they will get it, hours are great, specials are definitely worth it. The wind is blowing about 30 miles an hour and the employee is over here fixing the customers car in the rain. Where else can you get that kind of service? Definite yes!!

This review was from a few months back. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to a gentleman who helped me at this O'Reilly store. This gentleman had a busy store and took the time to help me change out a post/bolt on my battery for my daily vehicle. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my issue, that was infront of the original issue, I came to O'Reilly for (a new battery). I had a stripped bolt on the battery post which wouldn't allow me to swap out batteries. My mechanic couldn't help me at the time and he went out of his way to help me with the product I needed and helped me with something I dont have experience with. It's sounds simple however, this is not my avenue of expertise. I believe when someone does more than they should, they should be recognized for it. He is a blessing to your company and I hope he gets praise for his going above and beyond. Thanks!!

My mom and I needed new batteries for our key fobs and the gentleman at the counter changed them out for us in under 5 minutes! Giovanny was very nice, great customer service. Really appreciate it!

I go to O'Reilly first before anywhere else. This location was friendly, helpful and Store Associate, Paul was not only kind and helpful, he extended that care to my service dog, Gomer!

I had a problem with my battery. I called to ask if they had the proper size for my vehicle. They did. So I went to purchase the battery and Greg was very helpful. He even installed it for me. It took all of 10 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was ready to leave. I highly recommend this place if you have any issues with your car. 😄

The staff at this O’Reilly location always go out of the way to help me find what I need. I was trying to locate an oil filter for a car and they even tried to get one shipped to Modesto from a location in Arizona. It didn’t end up working out but I was thankful for their efforts.

The lady came out quickly when I asked for assistance and helped find my item. As I walk with a cane, it was appreciated. Also, a customer who had entered when I was approaching the door hustled back to the doors and opened one for me. I was surprised at his generous gesture. So, the experience was all positive.

Tracy was both knowledgeable and sweet. Was able to order a part and have it there in 2 hours. My place for auto parts.

Needed a cracked hose replaced and another auto parts store suggested I try O'Reilly! They were very helpful, making two trips out to our truck to ensure a suitable replacement.

Always helpful and kind. I've never had a bad experience with O'Reilly employees.
When you use the same place long enough you run into a bad product here and there, got a defective car battery once.
No hassles just " So sorry aboot that, here's your new battery and is there anything else we can do to help?"
From what I can tell at the 3 locations I use regulary the helpful attitude is consistent, the ones who know about things try to help the best they know how, the ones who don't know as much look to the more experienced employees to assist them. That's good training and policy at work. 😁

Bought some bolts and other quick fix car part odds and ends and these guys have it! Everything i asked for and quick to get it too!

Their prices seem high buy when you shop around it is about the same. Key is to look for compatible off brand items that they also carry. You can find something just as good for leak money. They have always been very helpful.

Fantastic Service. Austin helped me with replacing my headlights, he is a very kind and caring young man. O'Reilly's is my go to auto parts store, the best in Modesto.

Just wish I knew the name of the fellow who helped me. I thought I knew what was wrong with my cigarette lighter (a fuse), but was wrong (it was a different fuse). This employee came out to my car, figured out what was wrong in under a minute, and replaced the fuse for me. Top notch service, and I am grateful!
