From the moment I stepped foot into the office, Roxi greeted me with a smile and a can-do attitude. She was very personable, friendly, and efficient. She processed our Dmv transaction quickly and efficiently. She has helped us in the past, and she was just a pleasant the first time as she was this time.

Every time I've gone in to handle business I'm always in and out. The minute I walk through that door someone is always right there to direct me to where to begin. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to address my business with an agent take care of all my DMV issues or responsibilities. You don't deal with "job burnout" here, everyone is very professional and helpful. The parking lot has wheelchair accessible spaces and their entrance is also wheelchair accessible. The inside is wheelchair friendly. I highly recommend Sonoma AAA for all your insurance and DMV needs.
