Gabe was great. I was buying a used car in town and wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection first. I called first and he said come on in. He got on it right away and did a very thorough inspection for a good price. I loved looking at his classic cars while waiting

These guys were amazing. My sister and I were on our way back home to Sac, with traffic it was estimated a 2 and a half hour drive. 15 minutes into our drive and my alternator dies. It was 5:45 at the time and everywhere else was closed, Gabe’s closed at 6. Long story short, I called him and he was able to get two of his employees to stay late and work on my car (which now runs beautifully).They were so nice and understanding.

We wouldn’t have been able to go home that night if it weren’t for them. Gabe’s saved us! My sister and I are so thankful. If you’re going to get car work done go to Gabe’s!

I arrived on time for an oil change & within a few minutes my car was being worked on. I waited in the office & when car was ready, I was presented with the bill printout & a nice manilla folder to keep everything intact. I also requested, and received, my 10% senior discount.
I will use them again.

I took my Subaru to Gabe's with a very flat tire, because it is close by and because my husband has taken his Honda there for several years. Gabe's crew found a nail in the tire, repaired it, and pumped it up, all for no charge. Gabe couldn't have been nicer, and my tire is in good shape.

Im almost in Sonoma 3/4 of my time and I needed to desperately service my car, Diamond Certified Gaurantees my money back fully refunded and whatever job that I needed done will be free of charge if I was scammed or was overcharged not fixed correctly the first time etc..With that being said Found Gabes Auto Center on Diamond Certified called set up a appointment, I ended up dropping the car off sooner because of transportation related reasons and I was as I always expect very pleased and impressed with a phone call not too long after letting me know my vehicle is outside waiting for me. Thanks Gabes Auto Center! Very happy knowing that you are going to get exactly what you pay for if not more and it pays to go Diamond Certified ESPECIALLY KNOWING with past experience it ALMOST ALWAYS COSTED not sticking to a Diamond Certified shop..

Gabe's is friendly, honest, reliable and reasonable. He explained why things needed to be done and the effect on other parts of the car. My car runs better than it has in years! I wish I'd come to him sooner.

Gabe's Auto Shop is hands down, not just the best in Sonoma but I believe, the best in the whole county and flat out the best auto shop I have ever seen,in its work,practices & honesty! And , Gabes Auto is THE ONLY shop in Sonoma to be Diamond Certified, which is not easy to become! Even with having a family full of mechanics around,I still bring my cars in when they need maintenance work or when a problem comes up. No matter how many times I've showed up without an appointment, whether for a big emergency or just to check out a concern,or for routine work, Gabe always fits me in! He's literally the only real, honest shop I've ever seen,and I've had enough times where a second opinion always matches 100% with his diagnosis and estimates to completely trust and respect him,implicitly! He's a straight shooter who will tell you what has to be done and what can wait,as well as being really great about working with you on it when its a big job!!! And Without any up- selling and pushy sale tactics at all and when something does need done, he always will explain it in easy,straight forward ways and often will give you info or literature about it. And I can't count how many times he's done smaller things for free or given me a significant discount on bigger things for being a loyal customer,which is not something you'll likely get out of any other shop, especially here in town!!! I've always recommended this shop to everyone and I always will! Gabe is such a wonderful guy and has the best team,so if you don't have a shop you can absolutely, completely count on, trust & really love, then seriously, go check them out!!! Oh and as far as I know,there's not a job, big or small that they can't take care of and work out with you!!!

I took my car in to have the thermostat replaced on short notice and the entire experience was pleasant. I would absolutely recommend Gabe’s!
