Affordable! Decent prices for the amount of food you get. I like the salsa bar. Never a bad experience. Sometimes I can and order ahead, usually ready in less than 10 minutes.

My wife and I came here for the first time and really enjoyed our experience. She ordered the Chili Verde and Chicken Enchilada plate with green sauce. I had the Two Beef Enchiladas plate with red sauce. Both combination plates came with beans and rice. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

As we entered into the restaurant, we had the feel as if we were in slice of Mexico. The service was decent. We had our food out very fast and the food was delicious 😋... I would like to add that the tacos were by far the best tacos in all of Modesto thus far. My children had a huge quesadilla cut in half and my wife had the same tacos as myself. They have wheelchair accessibility and restrooms for both male and female and I might add there's only male and female as God created us to be thank you Jesus. If you are looking for a delicious Mexican restaurant for your taste buds, this is it look no further. Plenty of seating and I personally love the seating because the tables are huge with room plenty of space for families or a big guy like myself.

I ordered from here my first time got 2 super breakfast burritos price was low and the food was great I'm definitely coming back a lunch or dinner plate.and very nice inside

I always found this place to be very pleasant, the owner does a great job with decorations and the tropical plants look very beautiful and healthy. Food is usually decent, got the enchiladas combos. They also have a large salsa bar with a variety of salsa. Only thing I would say is odd about this place is they don't put the prices on the menu nor have it displayed anywhere else.

Always have to have Mis Compadres when I come back to Modesto. The food here blows away literally every Mexican food place I have tried in the Bay Area over the last 5 years, it's not even close. Food has always been made perfectly to order and is hot and flavorful. Service is fast and courteous. If this place ever chose to open in the Bay, I would literally only eat there for Mexican food.

Burritos and taco salads are my go to options, carne asada as the go to meat.

Whatever absolutely favorite Mexican places to go! The atmosphere is fun and authentic and the food is delicious. One of my favorite things to order is the taco salad with carne asada and it never disappoints!

Late post, but we’ve eaten here a few times especially when they had the nice outdoor setup. The prices are great here and the food is amazing! We loved the unlimited chips and salsa. The drinks were also very tasty! Highly recommend

This is my go to! With our busy schedules I love that they are very quick at making our food. The salsa bar is also delicious 🤤

Service was great, food was delicious,very few places now a days do you ask for a take-home box and it doesn't make it home.

Mis Compadres is a fantastic local Mexican restaurant. Very reasonably priced and CLEAN! Quick service, and your food is great.

Best burrito I've ever had, amazing chicken and the interior was beautiful! The chilli relleno left much to be desired in the area of flavor.

The super quesadilla half carne asada and half pollo asada is out of this world. The best i have tried.. the fajita chicken salad is very delicious as well. The chile relleno burritoo and the fajitas are worth the try too. The salsa bar is a super plus and their food is always tasty and fresh.

I've been eating at this place and the one they have out in Riverbank for over a decade and have never had a complaint about their food or their service. Which speaks to why they are pretty busy at certain hours of the day. They have horchata which I absolutely love and the food is very well prepared and done quickly. Staff is always great and considerate of take out orders ( like suggestions about condiments on the side so your food ends up not getting soggy). To me this place will always have my business cause they deserve it.

Very delicious food and good service to enjoy family time, I recommend it.
