Sazón Authentic Peruvian Cuisine

Got two specials and they were delicious! The calamari on top of the ceviche was something I had next seen before! The winner to the meal was definitely the shrimp and the sauce was so delicious that I wish there was more bread! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Glad we tried it out!

Great Peruvian restaurant that makes well prepared delicious and fresh food. Staff was very friendly, constantly checking to make sure everything was good. We had lunch, but they also have a deli that serves sandwiches, salads

We are truck drivers from Texas and was recommended by Skikos company beside the restaurant that we are picking up our load from. Jose is so friendly and amazing in describing each dish. The deli staff are super friendly also.
Our first time here and 5 minutes after seated the lights went out and Jose said not to worry because they have gas stoves.

Best Peruvian cuisine I’ve had in the states! We started with the delicious papa rellena. The pickled red onion was incredible. I had the Adobo de Chancho and the pork was absolutely mouth-watering, the sweet potato roasted to perfection, and perfectly seasoned rice and beans. I also enjoyed trying the Lomo Saltado that my partner ordered. The beef was excellent.

Customized ceviche for people who don't eat cilantro. I am not sure if it is authentic Peruvian food, but we love the flavor and some creativity in the dishes we ordered. The decor and food make me want to sign up for a tour to Peru.

I almost want to give this no stars just to keep you away. But that would be a lie. The food here is amazing. I had things I've never had before, and that just doesn't happen to me much anymore. And it was all excellent. Friendly service, great plating, gracious host, good & reasonable wine list. It's slow. But relax, you're supposed to be enjoying yourself.

This is a frequent stop for us. Sazón has beautifully unique Pervuian flavors and super creative dishes. Everything on the menu is a 10. Sazón's menu has something for everyone, but the Ceviche is certainly worth a try.

Delicious flavor on the meat, vegetables, rice and sauce. Even the Portuguese beer was full of flavor for a lager. Service was quick but not much follow-up on refills or if anything else was needed.

Authentic Peruvian flavors, cozy ambiance, and the ceviche was superb – a true gem for those craving delicious Peruvian cuisine!

OMG—started with beef empanadas and the pisco sour cocktail, then a lunch special grilled plantation crusted quinoa burger on ciabatta. Obv I am not a vegan, but would order this again and again. Even the fries were the best ever including a lime chipotle mayo dip that tasted like truffles. The food is just phenomenal, with so many incredible flavors and textures. This is a special spot!

My wife and I are both huge Peruvian food fans, and this excellent establishment did not disappoint. We both got beef and chicken saltado, and it was perfect! The service was equally good.

I would give Sazón 6 stars if I could. Everything was excellent. The quality and freshness of the food was wonderful. The execution was on point. The service was stellar and friendly. I will absolutely eat here again. Peruvian Perfection.

Sazón serves delicious and fresh Peruvian food. So many great flavors. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Customer service was ok. I will come back.

This was my first time experiencing Peruvian dishes and they were fabulous! We started with the Anticucho de Corazón, followed by Ensalada de la Casa (with a side of asparagus) and Parihuela. Since it was all new we also got the chocolate caramel tart for dessert. This is a must try place and we will certainly be back!

I had the Ceviche Verde and it was really good. The seafood was very fresh and the dressing packed a kick. Lots of other interesting stuff on the regular and special menus so if I ever come back to Santa Rosa, I will definitely come back here..

I live more than an hour and half away, but I will drive just to come eat here again!

Amazing food and service. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I have experienced the Perusian cuisine and it was a wonderful surprise. There were two options of vegetarian meals that I decided to purchase.My dad had the lamb and he loved it. See the pictures. Both were amazing and makes me want to come again just for dinner. The Chicha Morada was a type of drink that they had, and it was very delicious. This place has exceeded my expectations.

We ordered Lomo Saltado and Arroz con Marisco today which are the 2 dishes we always order at Peruvian restaurants.
I’ll say Sazón bring these 2 dishes into another level 🤩🤩🤩

Lomo Saltado is saucy and juicy and the portion is big enough.
Arroz con Marisco is sooo perfect which even served with a crab leg on top 😍portion is very enough too.

We’ll definitely comeback when we visit Santa Rosa again!

Delicious lunch! We had the halibut ceviche, taco de pescado, and lomo saltado and they were all really good. Great and friendly service as well. Highly recommend!

Best Puruvian food ever! Every dishes was so good! Pisco Sour drink was the best! Everything was fresh!
