James went above and beyond, he found a solution for us. We got our customer rolling same night. They made there flight. Very grateful for the store employees who

I have been buying auto parts from Carquest for years and I am very satisfied with their service. They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of quality products at reasonable prices. They also deliver my parts quickly and efficiently. I use their in town delivery several times a day, and haven't ran into a problem yet. I would highly recommend Carquest to anyone who needs auto parts for their vehicle or fleet.

Came in for a bare wire for my battery for better output, ended up walking out with a personal terminal I had at hand so they can cut and attach to it.I left with a small gesture to top it off to be able to come connect for ground power. Acknowledging them with more for something they did and refused it, many don't go out of there way in a business for gestures like this.Thanks for generosity.

I needed a hose for my van I went to every auto parts store from A to O' I left without a hose or a suggestion for something else I could use. And 1 of the places even tried to act as if because I was a girl I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about. I was on my way home traveling on Gst when I saw Carquest I pulled in When I went in they said they could order it and then suggested I use fuel hose Without the computer telling them to I bought both but after I put it on in the parking lot I went back in and let them it was fixed and didn't need to order the other I will from now on make Carquest my first stop And a big shout out to John and Shelly Way to be problem solvers and terrific customer service.

Worst experience ever buying parts from these guys. The store supervisor and the associates do not know what goes on at the store. Made me wait 24 hrs on an urgent part and lied to me about the part being at the store and when I traveled 40 mins to the store, they dont have the part on hand and have no idea where the part is. If this is Napa rebranding, you guys are off to a great start!
