Great customer service.

2nd time going in for parts. (Especially Hard to find ones) and they Didn't Fail us. My brother in laws 2017 5.7 Hemi 1500 Dodge truck has a serious transmission issue where he's driving along and it loses power and acceleration as low as driving 8-10mph. He talked to Dodge and even though Dodge has heard about this issue, They haven't issued a recall. Further research with a master independent mechanic who researched it mechanically, the gave my brother i/l the parts list that Totaled $442.00
We were helped by a guy named Roger who was just a Cool and phenomenal representative. We exchanged fun banter and he got our parts. Whenever needed, well be back!

I like this store...I like that the employees let you look on your own before they step in! But you know they are there to help! Slso the price for ATF is as cheap as anywhere and yhe quality just as good!

It was my first time on this store location. Staff was very help and excellent. Prices are cheaper then auto zone I feel like. I recommend this place because of staff and cheaper prices on most of item.

I have purchased a battery from O'reillys, Oct 2021 and it didn't hold a charge, while I have called several O'reillys and apparently they no longer carry this battery, and I've been told "sorry" at least 10 times without any further help. So I called this location, Hatch Rd and spoke with Destiny. OMG!!! This woman went out of her way to help and said to bring in my battery so she can charge it for me AND she sent email requesting a new one for me! Destiny, you are a "one in a million" customer service employees who went out of your way to make sure I got the help I needed! Thank you sooo much.

My car has been over heating and I really couldn't tell what the problem was. Then I pull up to this O'Reilly auto parts and the employee here came out and looked at it and could tell what the problem was in 10 seconds. I love O'Reilly's is all I can say.

Pretty cool store that carries alls sorts of stuff automotive related. I noticed the prices are cheaper/better than autozone that's 200 yards away. Staff seems friendly as well.

Top Autoparts in Town. Due to always having almost everything. Others autoparts in modesto are to small to keepup with this store stock.
