We had Crandall Roofing come out and give us a bid for a new roof, and Dan Garibay gave us the bid and it was very reasonable for the price. The appointment to put on the roof was made. The crew got here on time, they did a great job, it only took them 2 days to finish, and they also changed our fascia boards which needed it. They put on new flashing material which I liked cause, I was able to paint the fascia boards without getting any paint on the flashing. They also painted all of the vent pipes on the roof to match the color of the roof. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Crandall was the best of the bids - in quality , honesty, and price. They showed up on time, did what they said, and were very responsive. There were no surprises in the pricing, either.

Furthermore, when they had finished and cleaned up, it was like it never happened! Our church had a fairly good-sized roof, and I found only about 5 nails they had somehow missed - out of thousands.

Crandall roofing removed old roofing and replaced with 3 inch insulation and new roofing above the insulation. They did this job on an A frame house that using 36 squares of roofing material. Not an easy task.
They did the job professionally and with excellent workmanship. The crew was professional and considerate. At the end of the day everyday my property was cleaned up of debris and nails.

We have had a very positive experience with CRI/Crandall Roofing, Inc.. Our phone call was returned quickly and Daniel Garibay, the manager, was able to come out to assess the problem within a couple of days. He was on time, explained everything to us, gave us a quote that day, Daniel helped us design a difficult skylight repair and we were able to schedule the repair. The team of roofers, led by Augustine, were professional and friendly in installing six custom skylights.. They worked efficiently and in a short time we had a skylight that was pleasing in appearance and well built at a reasonable price. The service we received was professional and friendly all the way. We will want Crandall Roofing for all our future roofing needs and highly recommend them.

Watched Crandall Roofing Inc re-roof our neighbors house across the street here in Rohnert Park. They indicated that they were happy with the work. We contracted with them to remove two old layers of roofing, repair any underlayment damage, and install a new roof on our house. They did a professional job, great clean-up, a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Daniel Garibay, great front-man. He carefully, and patiently explained all the costs and time and procedures involved. Very satisfied.

I cannot praise Crandall Roofing highly enough and recommend them without reservation. They were always polite and neat (as one can when tearing off a 20,000 plus square foot roof) They started the job on time and finished it before the expected date (!).
They replaced the roof at my horse barn and indoor arena and were careful, neat, and cooperative around the horses. Daniel, who was in charge of our job, checked in regularly and fixed any little thing I asked. Their post -roofing follow-up has also been great. It was a pleasure dealing with Crandall Roofing. Daniel G. was the estimator and project leader. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, honest, courteous and friendly. He ensured all loops got closed, excellent communication skills!

At no time did we feel pressured to buy specific items or options, he presented the information well and let us make the decision. The options he suggested seemed well justified to enhance our roof and glad he suggested them.

Tony was the foreman and he and his workers were very efficient, we were surprised how quickly the old roof was removed and replaced over two days. They cleaned up the area, so we couldn’t tell they were there, except for seeing the new roof. Our roof was 29 years old, we chose the Hickory color and are very pleased with its rich red/brown hues, the roof looks great!

Gaby and Christine (office employees) were equally courteous and friendly, whenever I had to speak to them for the various appointments in the process. Their wonderful follow-thru and call backs were greatly appreciated.

Crandall just installed two overlay roofs for us and the office staff and on-site crew were a great combination of professional, yet friendly, and instilled great confidence from the first day. They were responsive to my needs and inquiries and were excellent in scheduling and follow-through.
While at our property, the crew were all professional and courteous at all times. I was so impressed with how they all cleaned up at the end of every day and at the end of the job.
I am assuming that we will be equally pleased with the integrity of our roofs as time passes.
