We are delighted with the service North Bay Roofing provided starting with John's site visit and detailed proposal. The crew was on time, laid out a perimeter for safety of public and got right to work. I had the opportunity to review the scope and means of the job with the on-site superintendent and found that he knew in detail what we ordered. The new gutters are terrific. the house looks ten years younger! Site clean-up at the end of the job was impeccable. Thanks to John and Josephine and all the crew on site.

No doubt about it! I, like many people before me, procrastinated my gutter service until winter and low and behold they were clogged and overflowing come the first rain.
Northbay was the first company I called since I’ve seen their trucks working all around town. Lucky for me they were able to have an estimator out within the week and my gutters were cleaned not even two weeks after, and for a really fair price!

My 95 year old Mother has lived in the same home for over sixty years. The low slope tar and gravel roof has needed constant maintenance over most of those years. I can't praise Damien and his staff at North Bay Roofing enough. I had a small leak after 12 years. It was a problem with a faulty shingle. I called North Bay Roofing. Damien came out was polite and professional. He took care of the issue under warranty. I really was not expecting warranty. It is great to see in this day of age a company truly standing behind their work. I highly recommend North Bay Roofing they are they real deal.

Northbay totally replaced the gutters and downspouts on our new house in February 2016. They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and charged what they said they would. So far the gutters are working as they should and it's rained a lot over the past few days. If we ever need a new roof or repairs (hopefully not for many years!), I would use them again.

North Bay just finished a replacement of a rear gutter on my home. The old gutter was installed with back fall and rusted through in 18 years. North Bay did a PRECISION job of replacement including adjusting the grade to flow. Luis and his helper were professional and cleaned up the area when done. THANKS. Great job by Northbay Roofing & Gutters - after finally deciding to have them do the work, and originally being told they were about 3 weeks out, they had a cancellation and were scheduled the very next day. They even showed us why we would benefit from having an additional downspout added, telling us it didn't need to be done now but perhaps in the future. We decided since they were onsite, to add it, and the additional cost was minimal. Very responsive, great quality.

Northbay Roofing and Gutters, a family business, did a new roof for our warehouse recently. Damien knows his stuff, having been in the business for a decade or more. He can repair or rebuilt, as necessary. His careful cleanup work was appreciated. He has excellent command of the materials and will keep you on the straight and narrow, making sure you have what you need at a reasonable price. I recommend his work.

Northbay installed gutters on our house many years ago. When we had a small problem with partial detachment. Northbay fixed it as part of their warranty on workmanship. Very pleased.

When we decided to reroof our cottage with metal (fire safety, durability), we found one of the only contractors was Northbay Roofing, but we were quickly impressed and worked with them from first estimate in June to completion of the roof in October. Northbay's four-day job on the metal roof and gutters was fast and professional and as far as we can see, perfect.

As a note to other homeowners, reroofing is not necessarily a simple overall project. Northbay's roofing was preceded by related work by another builder: demolition of the asphalt shingling and repair of the roof structure, including replacement of the range exhaust venting, laying new attic insulation, adding a gable access hatch into the attic to facilitate those tasks and any future attic work like electrical.

But the metal roofing itself? You can't go wrong with Northbay Roofing.

They put in a great roof (according to my solar installers). Swept up with a broom and a magnet afterwards to get rid of nails. Since the roofing work made the water dirty in our little kiddie pool, they even dumped it out and refilled it!

Came on time (early actually!) and completed the work quickly on our gutter cleaning -- the day after Christmas too! Will use them again.
