Had the best experience from rapid Exspress with Anthony Ruiz. Not only did he service my car very good but he also recommended me too full service membership too visit more often and save more money in the long run. :) very pleased!!!

Always get the items moved to where they need to go in the time frame necessary. Polite and careful. Don’t recall anything that was less than that ever. A+

Rapid Express saved my bacon on an urgent delivery with only 45 minutes notice. Great service.

Horrible. No accountability for their drivers, failed to follow instructions and refused to wear masks.
UPDATE/ELABORATION: No, I don’t have the wrong business. On 03/02/21 I used this company to deliver a package to Davis. The driver failed to follow delivery instructions and left the package at a Starbucks. Luckily the manager held onto it and I was able to recover it. The driver reportedly was aggressive and refused to wear a mask in the store. The icing on the cake was that the package was delivered hour late, and the company refused to communicate or respond to inquiries.

No delivery no response. We requested services from Rapid weeks ago. We have heard nothing. We called several times. No one calls back. No one seems to be in charge. We will not be using these people in the future.
