Silva's Taqueria Ceres

This is a food truck in the parking lot of The Reef bar, serving authentic Mexican food. I had a shrimp torta today and it was fantastic. I'm from the south, a shrimp po boy sandwich was standard fare in Louisiana. These shrimp aren't fried, but they are sauteed in a delicious spicy but not too spicy sauce. Between two pieces of soft bread with lettuce, tomato, and pico de gallo - it was fantastic. Highly highly recommend the food here. They will deliver it to you inside of Reef, if you would like to have an adult beverage while you wait.

Easily the best Mexican food anywhere around here. Try their homemade pickled carrots, and pay the extra .50 for the homemade tortillas, well worth it. Location is perfect. Place your order, then go into the newly renovated bar, The Reef, and they will bring your order to you.

The food was delicious! You can taste the care and love for cooking in their dishes. My husband and I both ate lunch with his choice more traditional and my choice contemporary.
They impressed us 👏 The best meal I have eaten in awhile.

THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IVE TASTED IN ALONG TIME THEIR PASTOR IS SO DAM GOOD ITS LIKE GRILLED AND ITS NOT GREASY. THE CHULPA,ASADA FIRES,HAND MADE TORTILLAS FOR THE TACOS WERE FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 THE TORTA WITH AVOCADO AND PANELA GRILLED CHEES WAS AMAZING.. IF YALL HAVENT TRIED THIS PLACE YET GO SUPPORT THEM I PROMISE YALL AINT GOING TO WANT ANY OTHER TACO TRUCK OR RESTAURANT. THE HORCHATA WAS MADE TO PERFECTION NOT SUPPER SWEET AND THE STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE AND FLAN 🍮 WAS KILLER. THANK YOU LADIES YALL ARE GOING TO BE SEEING ME AND MY FAMILY A LOT.

Tried this place for the first time today, and it was so good! We tried the crispy quesabirria tacos, and some regular al pastor tacos. The quesabirria tacos were pretty good, but the al pastor tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had! I highly recommend this truck!🤤💣🔥

Their queso birrias order is perfect. Good size unlike others who give you so little. Consume perfecto! My son loves their burgers and flan. Tried others in town and always have to go back to Silvas! No comparison. Pricey but the meal is worth it.

The California Burrito was amazing. The woman are so friendly & aim to please. You have to try their food.... you won't regret it.

Hands down the best birria tacos in town. I've tried other places that don't even compare. They have both soft & crunchy birria tacos with a side of consome. Absolutely delicious 😋

Best tacos around so far..

The best quesobirria tacos! Crispy, cheesy and delicious! They give you all the fixings as well with no additional charge. We made the mistake of trying out a different place one day when Silva’s was closed, and we regretted it. Their tacos were soggy, messy and just gross. Plus they were trying to charge us for salsa. Will never go back. You get fast and friendly service at Silvas, and the food is great! 5 stars!
