Currently sitting in the waiting area to get my oil changed. I had called in before coming in and the front desk girl is honestly a blessing for this location. She explained everything in detail, didn’t push to over sell me and had great customer service. When I arrived, the oil tech was very polite as well, had excellent knowledge of products and services and also did not push to over sell. It’s my first time here and they even gave me a first time customer $10 off coupon. They offered me a complimentary coffee while waiting, and they actually had something worth watching on tv (dude perfect) lol. As of now its definitely 10/10, I’ll revise at the end of my visit if needed. 👍🏼

I just had the best experience here today. I was having a hard day and then Christian and Ashley killed it on the customer service, and it really turned my day around! Christian went above and beyond and fixed my glove box which has been broken FOREVER and though it was close to closing he stayed past to make sure that all recommended fixes were taken care of. I asked Ashley if there was any way to provide feedback directly to their manager and sadly she mentioned that this was the best way. Thank you SO MUCH! To the owner and management these two are incredible employees who really put your customers' needs first and I hope they get some commendation!

Friendly staff. My wait was just over 1 1/2 hours. They were waiting on an oil filter to fit my vehicle. They did inform me about the situation as soon as they realized the part was not there. They said it would be about 15 to 20 minute wait on the part. So, I had an extra cup of coffee ☕

Always have great service coming here. It's my go to oil shop in the area. Pretty fast too.

Update: another thing they do that I don't see the dealership do was point out parts on the engine that look like they are at the end of life. I inquired if they replace said parts and they usually do, but also for great prices too.

Rudy is a legend most honest mechanic ever. Doesn't try to upsell you one bit. He has checked and worked on my Chrysler 200 many times. Super reliable and a honest man.

Rudy helped me out, he explained the process and let me observe the testing process for my car to have AC. I could tell he was experienced and not a recent graduate by the way he explained the process and he was very helpful, convinced me to purchase the condenser where I know other places would’ve just said you have a leak and ask me if I want to replace it or not etc. he was very thorough in his work, I appreciate that.

TRUSWORTHY!! The service is excellent and the prices are great! Doesn't everyone wish they had an honest mechanic? Well now I have found one. Additionally, their service crew keep you in formed of options as they do repairs in a timely fashion The shop is spotlessly clean. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me to have our vehicles serviced there it's totally worth it.
Our family has been using them for several years and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Again I really appreciate everything thank you....

My mother took her car there for a service . She forgot her phone and had questions regarding what they had discovered and wanted to ask me as I am a mechanic in Montana. I received a call from the mechanic who was attending to her vehicle and was quite impressed with his professionalism and the fact that the guy really knew his business. I didnt catch his name but thanks man.

I would like to give Angie a big shout out. I took my car there for an oil change. The filter was defective and all oil leaked out of my car and it was making a clacking noise. Took it to the local Hyundai store in Modesto because its still under warranty. They wanted to charge me to check my car... I called Angie and explained the situation and she took care of my car at no cost to me. Most places would have charged me. Thanks Angie...you"re the best.

I’ve went here for as long as they’ve been in business I recommend them. The people are friendly and do a good job. I’ve never had a problem. They even told me about a tire problem I had. I won’t go anywhere else.

Rudy was more than helpful when i came in to charge my vehicles a/c. For my first time here, i was comfortable and will definitely be back
