I've been a State Farm customer for several years and customer service has always been exceptional. I recently called to inquire about Teen Driver Resources and Rachel Gilligan was incredibly helpful. Rachel took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision and ensuring I got the best deals possible. I would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I wanted to find new insurance at the last minute. Needless to say we were in a hurry and needed it done asap. Right away Dave Kendall and Samantha Paulk stepped up. We explained our situation and within a small amount of time we were given quotes. Based on the customer service provided we made our decision to change providers. Right away we had our temporary cards emailed, were able to get things paid for and canceled our other insurance. I can't thank you both enough and this was excellent service.

Kat gave me a call right before my birthday and helped me swap over my insurance to my new vehicle. She was super polite and very helpful! She deserves a bonus 🙌🏾 or something like that 🥳

Ginger Flynn has provided our family outstanding service and advice for many years. She has gone above and beyond to help us through a couple challenging policy issues and for that I am truly grateful. Great insurance company to work with! They were always prompt when I needed to add additional things to my policy. I also recently relocated and they were very helpful with the transition especially Sarah Miller. She was very personable and professional! So easy to work with and highly recommend!

Rachel is amazing, my car was hit by someone else so even though the claim wasn't through my policy Rachel checked in throughout the process and helped make sure things were moving along the way they should. She was always kind, caring and genuinely wanted to make sure I was being taken care of. Even prior to this situation Rachel had earned our trust by making sure our policy coverage is where it should be. Best agent ever!
