I actually bought heavily discounted tickets to Europe through them in 2018 and 2019 and didn't experience any issues. I think the Pandemic caused alot of issues as there wasn't protocol on how to refund people in this case, which is what it sounds like from all the bad reviews. That's too bad because they had worked great for me before.

They actually had very low fare on a last-minute flight they came through just as advertised

If I could give this company a ZERO STARS I WOULD. NO customer service. They owe me a refund and it is almost impossible to get. They also withhold $50 to send the refund. You will be waiting on hold forever to talk with someone! Then they put you on hold for a long period of time as they look up the information, hoping you will hang up! Get back and they tell you your refund will be in 4 to 7 weeks!!!!!! They received the money from the airline already.

Stick to Expedia and other well known websites. This company is a scam. Fare was selected at one price showing 4 tickets available. Upon entering card information was advised no fares at that rate were available. Should have known better at this point. I had to reschedule and they were going to charge $300 and the trip was 3 months out. No way. Finally me they would reschedule at cost and didn't. Read the fine print. They are a scam.

You have a very bad customer relationship, bought a ticket all information sent and they later changed the information on the ticket and charged me for ticket reissue of $75 which I am not aware of but later saw my account been debited i canceled the charges and i have been calling there phone for over one hrs before one rude lady picked and after getting the booking number she rudely talk about the 75 and cut of the phone not helpful and very rude. I have been on line wanted to get this salted out they just place you on answering machine.

For the love of God , I don't understand why air flight like Delta air lines or any other big air line give them the the ' ok ' for selling god air ticket for mager copany like South West, Delta, American air lines this seller for are so disrespectful to cusomer they give the air lines bad reppretation

So I bought a ticket w them pre-COVID 2-20. My flight was canceled 4-20 but little did I know when I put $400.00 on my visa, they turn around and pay ticket w their American Express card earning travel miles. I called delta to make a new flight and rep said on July 28, 2020 they requested a refund and it went to OWNERS credit card. So I tried calling the co which is outsourced to India and a supervisor Charlie said $50, then $100, then settled for $75 for me to get a credit on my own money. If you think this company will save you money think again. Their SCAMMERS. I will gladly forward the conversation from delta for the doubting Thomas'sout there

Worst company to book tickets. Please don’t. Please save yourself from headache. I was on phone for hours and hours no one picked up. Once picked up they are rude and hung up on me.

Do I have to give them a star? I booked a flight through this company....Covid 19 hit my AA flights were cancelled.....My money returned to this company.....So I have a credit to fly....well a year later and Im still trying to fly over seas and I am unable....Phones hang up....Questions never answered on emails or text......Reminds me of the pizza commercial where the people answer phone and hang up....

zero stars would be more like it. Lies, stalling, hang up, endlessly on hold .
they took my money and i still cant get it back. airline canceled my flight and they got my money back. theif by design. HORRIBLE!!!!!~!

All: file complaints with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as I just did, and got immediate confirmation with file number.
Don't use. Liars. Cheats, Thieves. Thomas lied 2x. Victor lied 1x. Agent lied about trip insurance. Thomas lied that supervisor will call in 20 min. -never did.

Very rude customer service rep no help on getting a refund being told to wait alwsys hanging up always inter rupting been dealing with this since 21 dec 2022 dont use this company

I hope this business FAILS. They are a terrible company, do yourself a favor and NEVER use their service. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

They scam my mother for 1400 dollars ans asking for more she is suing them this not fair they done scam the wrong person yall plz don't use this company ok 😡😡😡

supper worst experience very rude to customers when they seek help. Could not help when accidentally missed flight. Please please do not go for price alone. I strongly suggest to get other agents.

I would only expect a company to be this bad in a communist country not in a free market. They wont be around much longer with service this ba .
