We have been insured with Duncan & Associates for over a decade. They are honest, responsive and knowledgeable. They treat us like family and patiently answer our many questions regarding coverage, claims and our policy needs. Through the years, we have moved three times, bought and sold a dozen cars and insured our three kids as they started driving. I started by using them for insurance coverage on 20 apartment buildings.

We had a large loss from a broken water pipe in one of our apartment buildings and they sent an adjuster to site immediately. No hassles about coverage or settlement.

They were so responsive with the commercial coverage that I am now using them for my personal coverages as well.

I enjoy having someone dedicated to taking care of me and watching out for my interests. I got tired of calling around every year and trying to get the best deal. I love being able to walk into the office or call and know my issues will be addressed quickly and with the best price.
