The absolute best experience I’ve had purchasing quality home goods that will last a lifetime and beyond. I also purchased a sage green bookshelf here about a year ago…This place rocks! Customer service is awesome and I was able to take my new lovely items home same day on both occasions.

Great Experience and Nice Table!

We were on our way to another furniture store nearby and decided to stop by Premier to take a look, and I am glad we did. Chris showed us some very solid, real wood tables that we liked and ended up purchasing! The price we paid was similar to what what we would have paid at the other place because of a great sale they had going on, but the quality of table was better (real wood vs. particle board). The ordering process took less than 10 minutes and delivery from Yovanie and Jr was as scheduled and they were both very friendly and informative. I would definitely go back and recommend friends and family.

We bought a sectional from here. Grate prices and the knowledgeable sales people showed us the differences between manufacturers and why some cost more than others with no sales pressure. After picking up our couch we found a broken part after getting home, a customer service person Rick was very helpful and worked with us to got a replacement and returnedall of my phone calls witch I was not expecting. This is the first store we are going to for all of furniture in the future. Even tho we had a issue the way they handled it is why we will be returning customers.

So amazed with the customer service at Premier furniture. from the minute i walked in Chris was very helpful and made our shopping experience so welcoming. I have been searching for a new bed set and dresser for months, and every store i went to had very low quality furniture and expensive pricing.

We went to a number of furniture stores looking for a dining room set. Most were laminated and not very good quality. The set we found at Premier was solid hardwood and very good quality. We paid a little more, but it was well worth the money.
We also liked not being shadowed by a salesperson. We were told to look around and if we had any questions just ask. No pressure,
I liked that. We would definitely buy from them again.

We bought the floor model for much cheaper than any other place and it’s in great condition. Than they delivered it exactly when they said they would. Nice delivery guys and a wonderful couple who run it. Compared to A Royal Suite and Ashley furniture where we have purchased furniture in the past with Many issues, Premier gets a 5 star rating!!

Had a great experience ordering with Chris at Premier. Customizable furniture with great quality. Not sure why people are complaining about delivery time? That depends on the brand and personal selection and they clearly give that information before you purchase. We waited for quality furniture and have been more than satisfied! Best Prices and Quality of Furniture. We ordered a whole master bedroom set, along with a full sectional couch and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, shopping at Premier Furniture has been great! I had been looking for quality and value in living room furniture for weeks and was getting discouraged.After leaving yet another furniture store, which was hard sale and invasive, I spotted Premier and decided check it out. Chris was so friendly and informative, and NO pressure! I found just what I wanted, and he walked me through the custom ordering process with ease.
YG and JR delivered the furniture today, which was also done with ease and friendliness.
Due to rain, they wrapped plastic covering around their shoes, and “moon-walked”.. everything into place

What a great experience with Premier Furniture! It was closing time and you wouldn’t have known it, Chris the salesman was an absolute joy to work with. He explained the quality of the furniture (made in the USA) vs. the other guys and what sold me was the visual comparison of Premier furniture vs. another competitor, ask him about it! If you want quality furniture Premier is the place and Chris is your guy.

I got my new bed today! Not everywhere has extra firm mattresses, but they did. They just delivered it and it's perfect.
Got a great deal on it too, I strongly recommend this place above other furniture stores, they are very easy to work with and helpful.

Fast, friendly, and professional. Our sales representative, Chris Gilbertson, was courteous and low pressure. He took the time to demonstrate how the features work and even showed us the difference between quality furniture and non quality furniture.

The staff at premier furniture were knowledgeable and had a great selection of furniture. We purchased a couch, carpet and end tables which look great in our house. The delivery drivers were fast reliable and friendly. We visited Ashley first but ended up going to Premier due to the quality and service they provide.

Just moved from New York and was looking for quality furniture. All of the big box stores carry nothing but cheap garbage that won't last more than a year (you can just tell by sitting on it). I stumbled across this great shop that not only sell quality American made furniture but they do it for reasonable prices. I got exceptional service from start to finish too. Would highly recommend getting your furniture from here.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the couches that we special ordered from Premier Furniture. The couches arrived as promised and Alfonso the deliveryman was a true professional. He carefully negotiated both couches through the narrow hallway and set them up exactly where we requested.
