This store is always quite. Need to restock frequently. Most of the shelves and racks were empty.

Very organized, departments are easy found. Great selections and deals, and staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I can always find something that fits me perfectly. I love coming here to find something pretty just for me. The right size and color. The best price. I have been to all the Ross in Ventura county.

Always my go-to for clothes wallets home decor Etc. I found everything that I needed at the store and came home feeling great about how little I had spent for great quality products. Definitely a good Ross to go to!

This store deals in quality items that cost far less if you have the patience to find it. It's kinda messy with items strewn about but its understandable since it would be hard to keep the place neat with the constant flow of customers. Also the aisles at the garment sections' a bit narrow. Things could be better but its really worth your while when you find what you need.

Best Ross I've ever been to, and I've been to many, many different Ross's. Manage Rosa runs a very good shift. She saw a long line and came up to the register herself to check people out. I felt very discouraged when I saw how long the lines were. I thought I'd be in line 10 to 15+ minutes because I was last in line, and because she came up and ran a tight team, I was in line less than 5 minutes. Rosa was still managing her team members from her register. She was making sure that her team were getting their lunches and breaks. She was on the front lines helping, not just standing back watching. I was very impressed. What made me more impressed was that even on my way out, her team members were speaking good about her too. I will make sure that any Ross trip that I make will be on a Sunday during her trip.

My wife Mary Love's this store so do I we can spend hours and dollar's $ at this particular spot Ross off of Rose Shopping center in Oxnard CA.

Great service. They work so hard at this location. They are always busy but all the associates try really hard to keep the store running the best possible . I'm in there at least 2 a month.

No false advertising there. Tuesday is a discount day 55 or older. Shop on!

Ross is Awesome! Prices are great, our cashier was very nice, but they need more cashiers to speed up the check out process.

Only store in the entire plaza that had a public bathroom open at midnight. On the way out, I even got to stare disapprovingly at someone detained by loss prevention. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could

I get my clothes here all the time cheap prices really nice materials. mainly my entire closet is just filled with Ross clothes.

Clean and friendly staff, limited plus size optio s. However there are lots of other great items.

I love that I can find everything here from clothes to shoes to home goods for me and my boyfriend even my dog . Great deals on brand name stuff. Bug plus for me is dogs are allowed
