Holiday Inn Express & Suites Camarillo, an IHG Hotel

This hotel deserves a high rating for their wonderful, clean rooms and suites; their service and their fantastic breakfast. Rooms are huge and very comfortable. I love HI beds, linens and pillows. Bathrooms are spotless. Personnel were lovely. Lobby was quite comfortable and well designed. There is a convenient little store with necessities as well as goodies to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay here was wonderful. The front desk associate was so kind, professional, and went out of her way to ensure my comfort during my stay. The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be staying here again. I wish I got her name, but the woman working the front desk for check-in on 9/29/2023-9/30/2023 was an absolute wonder.

After having some drama from Expedia regarding our reservation (they had issues sending the booking) and then a game of transfer hot potato to have Expedia cancel and refund my reservation. After a long day of flights, we just wanted to get cleaned up and get some shut-eye in. Robert the front desk agent for that night came in like a Knight in Shining armour, he was able to accommodate us better than Expedia and had us in a room in just a few seconds flat. He wasn't pushy at all, and just offered it as a suggestion. Model front desk staff. Will be back!

Quiet night sleep in wonderful clean and modern room. Breakfast was great. You can tell the manager cares because it shows every where.

Pretty good hotel. I got a room not facing the highway and it was quiet. Amazed by the delicious breakfast they serve for no charge.

As a male driver trainer, when I have a female trainee, I have to get a room when parking overnight is required. This place was close to our delivery location and had room for us to park our rig on the street. Nice clean rooms and plenty of food choices nearby! It is saved in my locations for the Ventura area!

I had to travel to CA for a medical emergency and booked this at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found when I arrived. It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless and smelled as if it had just been bleached. Every surface was very clean. Their breakfast was really good as well. For the price I was really surprised at how great this property is. It is near the freeway but my room was on the back and I didn't notice any noise. The parking lot was clean and very well lit. It was easy to get on the surrounding freeways. I'm definitely making this chain my go-to, it's the 3rd one I've stayed at and they've all been consistently great.

I stayed two nights in late July. The hotel is in the final stages of a major renovation. The renovation is very well done. The only things that I think they could improve upon is cleaning up the interior of the elevator, changing the light switches to the newer, wider style, and getting new laundry dollies/carts for housekeeping as the ones they are using now are dirty and torn up. Super friendly staff, clean and relatively quiet. I would definitely stay here again

Small hotel but decent room size. The swimming pool is good. Breakfast is free. Relaxing experience.

This hotel seems older on the outside, but its remodeled and nice inside. The rooms were newer. The beds were soft and great. There is plenty of power to plug in your phone or lap top. The bathroom was clean. The ac blew cold, bathtub drained well with good pressure, and I thought the room was great. Plenty of options within 10 minutes to eat.

This place is doing construction outside but it is great inside. We came to town due to a funeral. We only planned one night with our 3 kids in the hotel but we needed an extra night and it was fine. The staff was polite and very helpful. The cleaning women are polite and very thorough and honest. They even placed my daughter's big teddy bear on the bed after they made it. Breakfast is great and very good. I love the selection. Eggs, sausage,bacon,fruit,oatmeal, yougurts, milk, bagels,coffee. This place is awesome. We enjoyed ourselves even though it was a sad time.

We stayed here to go to our granddaughters college graduation in Santa Barbara. Our room faced the fwy but I couldn't hear the vehicles. The hotel looks very nice and the bed was excellent. We had the king size bed with the sofa sleeper. The room was huge. Came with kurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Continental breakfast was the best I can remember having. I had no worries about the area around the hotel or my car in the parking lot. There is plenty of shopping and dinning with in minutes of the hotel. Overall the staff was wonderful and the room was great. I will definitely be using them next time I am in the area. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were so clean and huge. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I went with 5 other friends that had their own rooms and they all said the same thing. Breakfast foods were very good. Staff was friendly. All in all a great experience.

Well what can I tell you about this place there’s a freeway next to it but you can’t hear it that’s great parking is easy the staff are very friendly breakfast food pretty amazing for a hotel we really like to stay when we come up this way sometimes we see our friends that work there sometimes we meet new employees either way you’ll get rested and you’ll enjoy the view that’s for sure we certainly did and we will be back again. I will try to add on some photos at a later time. Thanks again Holiday express and suites for taking care of our stay.

Taco Wednesday, can't beat it. Stay here when I can, books quick. Staff is great. Lynn upgrades me when he can. Tasha runs a great breakfast & evening social, with new guy Skylar.

This place has some pretty well priced rooms considering how big they are. The linens were soft and clean. They also gave us free tooth paste which is nice because a lot of places dont give that stuff out for free. We were also able to get a room last minute with no trouble. The people working here were also friendly.

Nice hotel. Stayed for a soccer tournament in Newbury Park. Had the family suite with a King Bed and Bunk beds, my daughter LOVED it! Now she's going to hope for that every place we stay at! Staff was super friendly except for one, but maybe he was just having a bad day. Would stay here again!

Best place to stay I haded a long flight they gave me my room on time that was amazing.and I got to the room and it was super clean it smelled really fresh the bed will made the bathroom haded amazing detail it looks like they take there time doing it. The breakfast was really good.You can see that the housekeeper are well organized there Manager Is doing a great job overall I love staying at this hotel I recommend it
