I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at Best Buy and felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help. I ordered 2 items on line. Went to the pick up counter and there wasn’t anybody there. A young man named Fernando was ringing up a customer across the store at the register . He acknowledged me from there and motioned 1 minute. I was really impressed. He provided great customer service!!!!!

Fair, honest management. Took a return I made without receipt by looking up the purchase using my rewards card number. Integrity from a business earns my respect and loyalty. I'll continue going to Best Buy for all my tech and appliance needs.

Best Buy has worked well for me every time I was shopping for what I needed. I have gone back over and over. People there have actually helped me. I've bought 2 laptops, XBox, PlayStation5, and assorted services and accessories there. Always 5 stars so far. Nice people. Clean and organized store. Easy parking. Nice. Best Buy, Oxnard.

It was a joy to visit. The friendly staff was working hard, and the location was well-maintained. Pricing is moderately high for products, yet the expertise of the associates is worth the trip. They had a huge selection of tvs and appliances. The holiday hours were posted for customers on the front door.

Great sales and the Geek squad has never let me down. Been a customer since 2005 or so. Always great value and merchandise.

I come to Best Buy as they have the ability to transfer all the data from one phone to another Verizon and ATT don't or wont.
This time Justin and Yami helped us transfer our cell, they also put on the screen cover for us and got all the info transferred to the new phone even the text messages.

They have great team work, enthusiasm and customer service.
I have come in just to get them to switch out the broken Zagg glass cover and they did it for a minimal charge and don't give you any grief for not buying the phone from them.

All the stuff with new fluff.

The prices here are competitive with the other big box stores and they have some cool stoves and kitchen stuff we saw while walking around waiting for the phone to transfer.

I get all my electronics here and never had a issue

Took my special relative to Best Buy rather than Walmart, and it was the right choice. The selection for TVs and TV Cabinets was very good, and the prices great. Baxter helped us all the way, and his service was phenomenal. Very friendly, patient, fast, and thorough. The store is large but well laid out, and the staff was always around to help us. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. We felt valued as customers and my family was grateful.

It is a good place, spacious with good attention and concern for the customer.

Looking for car audio upgrades head unit and four speakers. It was great to be able to meet with the installer with years of experience to make sure we are quoted everything that is needed. We left feeling more confident using Best Buy than a local place for sure...

I bought a 50-inch LG 4K UHD TV from Best Buy the day before Thanksgiving, brought it home and set it up, and then realized it was too small for the space. Our old TV was a 9-year-old, 47-inch Vizio, so we needed something much larger to fill the space.

I ended up returning the LG on Black Friday and purchased a 65-inch Vizio 4K UHD TV. You measured the space to be sure and when we brought the TV home it fit perfectly. It was a Black Friday deals, so the price was very competitive.

I thought I might get caught in a very long Black Friday return line to take the LG back, but the person at the door directed me to a very short customer service line rather than the regular return line because I had also purchased a new TV. This saved me a lot of time. The pickup was in the back of the store from the stocking door and it went very smoothly.

Best Buy has great customer service; they offer curbside pickup and competitive warranties from The Geek Squad on all of their electronics; and they go out of their way to give their customers a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Great service & customer support!

Twice now I have purchased something online, and then spent hours on the phone and online chats, emails, etc., trying to resolve an issue with the item. I got nowhere. It was FRUSTRATING to say the least.

Then, I went into this store and they resolved my problem within minutes - one time, it was even seconds. Their customer service is fantastic, at least in my experience. Very happy. THANK YOU!

It was time to replace my JBL Flip 3 to the Charge 5. The representative was very friendly and helpful!

Everyone knows Best Buy! This location is clean the staff is friendly! I was helped by a gentleman named Thaddeus. He was informative and ultimately helped me make a decision on a new tv. Their store pick up here is quick! I’m talking 30 min and it’s ready. Check them out!
