Seafood City Supermarket

Great Asian market in Ventura County! It’s about time! Much to select from, although they did not have as many Korean ingredients as I hoped. I was specifically looking for items for some Korean Lunar New Year dishes. Regardless, the fresh fish market was impressive.

✨ Pro Tip ✨ Select your fish as soon as you arrive at the market. They will clean it for you but it can take a while if they are busy. My Branzino was delicious and very fresh.

Great Place to Visit… Hoping this improves the quality and pricing for Philippine / Asian Food Choices here and elsewhere in our area… Hopefully the owners don’t get greedy and sacrifice the quantity and quality for more profit. Looking forward to returning and purchasing items we love from Pinas. May God Bless Us All Always.

Recently opened in oxnard . Spacious and clean supermarket with Grill City ( open now ) . with the following stores (opening soon )- Jollibee, chow king . and Valerio. The fast food selection at grill city is plenty . The food was great and reasonably priced.

What a fantastic treat! I finally made it for luch and wow - it was great. I ordered the 2 entree combo (2 scoops rice) and I chose pork adobo and bbq pork skewers. And added a side of pancit.

The selection here is magnificent!!! I have been to Island Pacific, 99 ranch, H-Mart, to name a few - and by far, this was the most jam-packed Asian grocer with inventory of all genres. The produce selection was full of colorful vegetables and fruits, and the seafood/meat section had heaps of deliciousness. You can purchase a fish and have them fry it for you!
The line for the hot food was poppin, as well as the bakery. They had beautiful cakes, fresh bread, and pastries! I am so glad this is off of the Freeway, making it very accessible. The cashiers and stockers in the isles were friendly and helpful. 🐔Please bring some fried chicken skins & I will be here every week. 🍗
I can't wait to update you when I try the hot foods and I can't wait to get a fish fry 🐟 on my next trip. Yummy!!!

I just got a few items on this research trip- dragonfruit, papaya, pocky and a Giant avocado!

Such a cool store! They had everything you could think of from rice cookers to fresh fish. They sell hot food and fresh baked bread + treats. It was the grand opening when I went so it was incredibly packed, but I can’t wait to come back when it’s a little less busy.

Wide variety of items that aren't just seafood but also everyday items such as backpacks and rice cookers. For the seafood section they have a good variety of fish as well as lobster and crabs. Furthermore, they have a lot of meats for reasonable prices including a pigs head.

I had a late night craving driving up the coast and voilà: Literally hidden, almost even on Google Maps but so worth it. I had some pancit bajón, lechon, veggie lumpia, and of course, rice. Plus a mandatory stop at the bakery where I got some salt breads. So delicious!!!

Newly opened grocery store. Very clean and wide selection of asian products. Try the Halo-halo from the Grill City. Highly recommended.

Everyone is nice. Great customer service. Clean and everything is fresh.

Clean and spacious that the competitor a few miles down Rose ave. The cooked fiod selection is better than the other too.

Finally! We got Seafood City in Oxnard. Fresh bread everyday from their bakery and Grill City has the best Bbque and all kinds of dish. Halo-halo dessert is the best! I can’t wait for Jollibee chicken to open and chowking.

This place hands down is the epicenter of Philippine cuisine and snacks. It is so nice and beautiful here, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It such a blessing to have them because I recently had them cater to my daughters birthday and were prompt, friendly and handled all my needs with care.

New establishment, clean, shiny and bright. Lots of parking. I would say Filipino products. I tried the hot food. Not for me but it has a friendly staff glad to serve. Glad they're providing a new venue for the area.

The day finally arrived and you can see the joy and pride of the people here! Lines are out the door for grill city, lines for groceries and bakeries were long too as anticipated during grand opening. The parking lot was full and inside was was packed with so many people we could barely move. Much anticipation and excitement - this will easily be our new hangout spot, can't wait for Jollibee and Chowking to open!

Went again on 8/2 late afternoon, slightly less crowded, still a lot of people. It was very annoying to shop with a cart, the carts being new are smooth as heck but maneuvering by the produce aisles is quite the challenge with so many boxes on the floor plus staff restocking with their even bigger carts blocking the way.

The Ube brioche loaf at bakery is so good at $7!

Excellent variety of fresh fish, and they clean it for free, they even cook it for free. Make sure you go over to that counter before you do your shopping. As it takes a while for them to get the cleaning done. Incredible variety nice new store. I was referred there from another friend but I would definitely recommend this and a lot of the prices are really good

Pan de sal is the best in OXNARD!!!

Wonderful to know we finally have Seafood City AND an Island Pacific to cater to our large Filipino community here in Oxnard and Ventura County. The selections are great and the food delicious.....can't wait for Jolibee and Chow King to open!!

I am so excited that we have a Seafood Cify Market here now. Such a great variety of fruits, veggies, meat, poultry, and seafood. The Oreo Nutella Bread in the Bakery Dept is my new favorite sweet bread! A perfect place to grocery shop for some authentic asian ingredients and grab a tasty quick bite like dynamite peppers at the Hot Pot.

Our kids love this store. Different sodas and candy and the produce selection is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and we love stopping by when we are on this side of town.
