First Kia Simi Valley

This may be a bit long but it's necessary. I have had a couple of questionable experiences in the past over petty issues. This is not one of them.

My car had a rather serious issue that could've resulted in engine replacement. A bit of a nightmare for any car owner. When I first started calling around I was told that it would take a least 3 weeks to get my car in to even have it diagnosed. In steps Brian.

From the minute he was on board everything went smooth. My car was in their care in less than 3 days and he was in CONSTANT contact with me giving me updates and keeping me very well informed the entire time it was there. I felt heard and taken care of. Repairs were done quickly with zero hassle. I just got my back today with all the proper repairs as well as my faith in this shop COMPLETELY restored.

I had such an amazing experience with the service department today. They took care of any issues I had and made sure I understood everything needing to be done. They went out of the way to make my little girls happy with coloring books qnd puzzles. They are all super kind and I definitely felt i could trust what they say.

Second time purchasing a Kia. First time I had a horrible experience with another dealer ship. Decided to give this one a try. I went with my parents for their help: What a great experience! From picking out the car to sitting and talking numbers. I never felt pressured or felt like they were upset by our negotiations. We laughed as we went back and forth. They were all so polite. Offered water and popcorn. It didn’t feel like a transaction but more like a conversation. I got a great deal and best of all I left happy with their customer service. Joe Tarani was kind and helpful showing me the car I was interested in and answering my questions and Johnny Kia was great at working out the numbers and offering me a great deal.

I leased a Kia about 3 years ago from the Kia in Sherman oaks. Loved the car but it was finally time to turn it in. Low and behold there is no Kia dealer ship in the Valley anymore. Galpin KIA closed faster then it opened. Out of my three choices Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Simi Valley. I’m so glad I choose Simi Valley to turn in my car. They made it painless and I was out the parking lot in no time.

We stopped in without an appointment to have a repair issue checked out. We expected to either have to schedule a repair appointment for a later date, or at best sit and wait for a few hours. Instead, Oscar Robles gave us a quick summary of our options, showed us to a comfortable waiting room, and had us back in our car, driving off the lot in about 5 minutes, no charge. Thanks Oscar and team!

Greg and Brian were amazing! With a Hail Mary pass they took careful, thorough steps and helped get our car repaired under the recall. It was a long process but they kept me informed every step of the way. I can't say enough how great it was working with them and would recommend their services 1000%.

The staff at Kia Simi Valley were very welcoming especially Brian. I did not have to wait to check in my Sorrento. Brian kept me inform with the status of my vehicle via text message frequently. He was very professional, friendly and a good listener. It's was worth the 30 minute drive (on a Saturday) to service my car for a recall.

Brian was my service advisor and he, too, provided me with detailed information and took the time to answer all of my questions in depth. Both men are friendly and professional. I have had my KIA since 2012 and I will keep it for many years to come because it has been a reliable car that is fun to drive. Brian was a phenomenal person to work with. He helped validate all my concerns, didn’t push any unnecessary services to my car and was very kind/professional. Working with Brian and then Oscar for my pickup made me feel comfortable and never like I was being taken advantage of which is contrary to how I felt at another local Kia in Ventura which I will never go back to. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership in the last couple years, between my personal vehicles and clients vehicles. I recently had my 2014 Kia Optima serviced for a manufacturer recall and needed a diagnosis for the air conditioner not blowing cold air. I was told that the compressor was not functioning at an optimal percentage and the recommendation was to have the part replaced. I was provided a quote which included their standard fee for the diagnosis of the problem minus the tax on parts. I decided to proceed with the repair. However, upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, I was told that there was an error with the original quote and the labor was not factored into the final price. I was obviously not thrilled about this and Oscar Robles was kind enough to right the situation and provided me a reasonable solution to the error. Oscar was very thorough and professional throughout the whole ordeal and made me feel as though he was doing everything he could to make me happy. Even though this was a frustrating situation, I left feeling well taken care of and my air conditioner is running perfect. Thank you Oscar!

The entire experience was an unexpected pleasure. My salesman, Noah, greeted me immediately on my arrival, and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Noah was personable, very patient and attentive to me. He made the test drive and purchase experience so easy that I had no hesitation in deciding to purchase the vehicle the same day.
