I went to test drive a 2007 Toyota Sequoia and ended up purchasing it from Igor at USA Car Planet. It was THE BEST car purchasing experience I've ever had!! Mind you I haven't had to purchase a vehicle in over 20 years, but he was super friendly and professional when it came to explaining the "paper work" (all digital nowadays) and different warranty options during the pricing negotiations. Defiantly would recommend you check them out if you're looking for a used car and friendly customer service.

The car is in incredible condition. It is a 2001 Mercedes S600 and is in better shape than any car from that year I have ever seen. I traveled from Connecticut to purchase this car as there is no other car like it on the market with only 52K miles. The pictures did not do the car justice, everyone I showed were blown away. I strongly suggest purchasing from USA Car Planet. Stan was very friendly and made the process very easy and explained everything very clearly.

My grandson and I came from the Bay Area to check out an advertised Infiniti Q50 . From the moment we arrived we enjoyed our experience. The staff was very friendly and professional as they walked us through the buying process. Stan took care of all our paperwork swiftly and we were ready to go. Just as we were leaving my grandson noticed that the windshield wiper motor was not working- we needed to get back to the Bay Area and we couldn’t fix it there. Stan offered to help pay our mechanic to fix it. Most used cars are sold as is and that’s what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised when I received a substantial amount towards the cost of fixing the motor. It didn’t cover all of it but most of it and I’m very pleased with our experience there. thank you Stan and everybody else for making it such a great time. My grandson loves his car. .

Writing this an hour after buying my first car (2011 Mercedes E350) from Stan. What stood out to me is how honest and transparent this dealership is. They have a cool YouTube channel with over 141k subscribers (at the time of writing this review) where they show their process of working on their vehicles, and they’re super knowledgeable about the repair process of cars.

Loved the no hard-selling atmosphere as well. I was in and out with my new car within two hours.

As the life of my truck is gently running out and the gas prices keep rising, it was necessary for me to come to grip with purchasing a “new to me” automobile. After careful consideration to leasing and new car purchases, my wife and I decided a used car may more appropriately fit the bill. Searching through many automotive web site sales offerings we settled in on a recent post from USA Car Planet LLC. USA Car Planet is a small used car and registration service outlet that has been around for several years in western Sacramento. I met with a salesman named “Stan” and he was cordial and professional answering questions and queries that I asked regarding the car and plenty of time to examine and test drive the vehicle. Stan worked with me and my credit union in a timely way and never kept me waiting. Upon closing the deal on the vehicle, Stan, using the Credit Registration Service filled out the registration, handled all the mailing and filing with the DMV, offered us plates and tags and we were on our way. I must say that USA Car Planet was great to work with, efficient and saved me much time and effort that normally would be required by other used car dealers. Thank you Stan and your company for a great car buying experience. I will definitely recommend your company to others.

You were friendly, and accommodating in the way of letting me get a diagnostic on my car before purchasing it. You answered every question l had honestly and that made me feel comfortable. I wasn't pressured whatsoever to buy and l liked that also. What l liked the most was the paperwork was processed quickly and l was out in my new car in a couple of hours!

From the online discovery of the vehicle to the handing over of the keys, the experience was professional, courteous, efficient and non-pressured; never felt as though I "needed" to buy this car, except for my own decision when I did the test drive. The sales rep ("Sal") offered full disclosure of why it was a salvage, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership/repair facility to anyone who is looking for quality and honesty in a used-car purchase!
