Family Dollar Distribution Center

My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM. I arrived at the facility and checked in at 6:30 AM. I checked out at 7:30 AM after completing my delivery of pet food. The staff was courteous and provided assistance as needed.

Excellent unloading experience, inNout within an hour, Travis and Alzaro were amazingly nice !

Got here an hour early. Unloaded right away. Very nice experience. All personnel were very helpful.

Great place to deliver. In and out in 1hr. Overnight parking on a near street. The guard will tell you which one is it. Please don't ruin it. Neighbors are nice enough and allow us to park on their street. Take your trash, pee containers and stool bags home. Let's make people love us not hate us.

Easy peasy...the check in takes a minute though. It's funny one post says check in is quick...it is not

Don't believe most of the reviews on here. Yes, they do have a strict adherence to the appointment times and will not check you in until 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. All appointments begin at 0600 and are every two hours thereafter. If your dispatcher or broker gives you a :30 appointment time (for example 0730, then your actual appointment is 0800). Some loads will have lumper fees associated with them, so be prepared. Check-in was smooth and had no issues with anyone being rude. If you treat them with respect, they will do the same. Some truckers need to stop being such cry babies, learn to treat others how they want to be treated. It's not the recievers fault that either your team gave you the wrong times or you can't plan accordingly.

In and out 2 hours...nice folks

I love this customer. It's very easy in and out. I would suggest showing up about 45 minutes to an hour before your appointment time because the guards use your arrival time as the time they've finished logging you into their computer. After logged in you'll enter the property and park off to the side out of the way. Check in at the receiving office and go to your assigned door. Disconnect your trailer and watch for the green light. When you get the light you can hook back up and pull out. Go back to the receiving office for your paperwork and you can exit the property. It usually takes less than 1 hour to be unloaded.

We were supposed to arrive at 8AM but because of the shippers delay we couldn't get here until late afternoon. Called in and a very friendly efficient worker rescheduled us for 5pm. We were immediately given a door and are leaving the property now at 6:19... 5 stars for sure.

There are two of the most awesome women you'll find anywhere working the checkin and checkout counter. The world needs allot more women just like them. The unloading process was pretty good as well, but what meant the most to me is the awesomeness of these two women. Nice, cordial, sense of humor, and all around coolness. I know they may hear allot of complaining in a day's time, but thank you both for laughing and carrying on with me. Made my day do much better just because you both could laugh, smile, and truly be great people. Thank you both!!!

Very fast check in at gaurs and unloading. I’ll deliver here no problem anytime.

They will take you one hour before your appointment time.
Nice people, clean restrooms, overnight parking on the next street.

Guard welcomed me, Clerk got me a door early and was happy too, clean indoor bathrooms, started unload 2 mins after my trailer bumped the dock,! It doesn’t get any better! THANK YOU, us drivers really appreciate it.

It took me about 15 extra minutes to find this place due to my GPS had me go to a different location! 🤷🏾‍♂ A Dollar tree is located inside the Dollar general.

I was delivering a load to Dollar tree. The security guard is a cool guy he's from Russia. The lady inside that was taken care of my appointment time was fast got me in and out I appreciate it back to Vegas I go..
