Stopped by to grab a pair of shoes. I barely started looking and was asked if I needed help. After trying on two pair and realizing I needed a larger size, the sales associate let me know they didn’t have it, but Champs did. Outstanding service!

I was in the mall today looking for shoes for my daughter. This was the first store I walked into and even though we didn’t buy anything, this was the only shoe store I walked into today where the employees actually greeted me and offered to help. We didn’t find anything my daughter liked in her size, but I would return for the customer service alone.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max TNs to wear in my classroom a month ago and the paint started peeling on the veins. Took them in and they swapped them out no problem!!

Great customer service!! i bought the new Kyrie Fives and my salesman made sure i was extremely satisfied with my purchase before i left the store. He also informed us of the perks of the footlocker program. We are excited to be part of that program! we will be shopping for shoes more often because of it!
