I want to take a moment to discuss one of your employees by the name of Jimmy. Jimmy has to be one of the most polite and well mannered men I have ever met in my life. Jimmy is so kind and always greets every customer with a great big smile. Jimmy also provides the best customer service. The guy is so knowledgeable and can tell you about every product in the store without missing a beat. Every time I come into the store I always leave with something because he takes him time to make sure my needs are met and that I'm satified before leaving. The reason for this review is because I came into the store on Tuesday to purchase an item we discussed over a month ago but the store did not have the color I wanted so the item had to be ordered. I called today to inquire about the item I purchased and when calling all I could get out of my mouth was " hello, I'm calling" and Jimmy immediately replied by saying "Is this Sharay" THE GUY KNEW MY NAME AND REMEMBERED MY VOICE! Very, very impressive! I could go on and on about Jimmy but time will not allow. Finish Line I work in healthcare but if I ever open up a retail store Im stealing your employee. All jokes aside please cherish and treat this guy right because he is what customer service should look and act like. Jimmy should also be the face of your company because he is probably the reason people return week after week and month after month to shop in your store. Jimmy I want you to know I appreciate your hard work and dedication and it has not gone unnoticed.

Very, nice selection of shoes and other athletic gear sold here. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products sold here, and they are willing to help you out should you need anything or have any questions about their products.

Good experience, have been looking for some champ shoes for a while,found the ones i wanted but not in my size, they ordered them and sent them too the house,no hassle transaction and they came in a timely manner.
