The team is so friendly! Huge shout out to Jenn who helped me get the promotion that I wasn't even aware of! She went above and beyond to help me get the work outfit that I needed!

You need to get rid of Oceana. Every time I go in this store and she is working she is drama!!! The last two times she was crying uncontrollably on the sales floor about family issues. The times prior she would barely help me. She is always more interested in what’s going on outside of the store in the mall. I have even seen her be extremely disrespectful to her coworkers and other customers. This store has been improved greatly by the new store manager. Without Oceana it would be so much better to shop and have a great time.

Shirt bought had stain on it. Both employees were very polite and helpful. Sales clerk "AP" went above and beyond to help me even though it was near closing time. I appreciate their customer service

Although they seem to have a high turnover rate of employees (surely every store in the mall does), Express of Towne East is always a pleasure to shop at. They are well organized and the store is typically very clean. Every employee has been very patient and helpful when trying on different cloths. Express Corporate has also been very easy to work with on the rare occasion I need assistance with a product that may be out of the return period. I truly appreciate having this store in a convenient location like Towne East and their dedication to costumer satisfaction is unbeatable.

This is always a good place to shop for my business attire. I love the feeling of being professional. Clean store with a cheerful helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices aren't out of this world either. I stop in to check out the latest fashion.

I love my $70 dress shirt I got for church. It ain't cheap but if you're good looking the clothes are fitting.
