Rustic Retreat Spa & Make Up Studio

This is an overdue review for my favorite day spa. Take in mind, my point of reference in terms of comparing services comes from having visited various establishments including Massage Envy, Elements Massage and Ojai Valley Inn. Now onto my review--

I first came to Rustic last year when my best friend and I purchased a groupon. Immediately after our first appointment, we became VIP members ($60 monthly membership for 60 minute massage or facial + special discounts and offers) and have been ever since Feb. of 2018. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and you can bet your dollars that every service you receive is exemplary! Whether it be being greeted at the front with a friendly smile by Maria, a massage with Adriane, facial with Anna, or pedicure in their gravity chairs with Tanya or Brooke, you can rest assured that you will receive the highest form of relaxation and quality of customer service. I love and rave about this place so much that I have even introduced it to my mom and have purchased numerous gift certificates for all of my friends. Overall, I am just thankful to have found my spa family with Tracy and her entire Rustic team!

I went in for a Mother's Day treat and had a wonderful experience. I got a 1 hour massage, followed by a 30 minute facial and both were excellent. The service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxing from the time I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff, until I checked out after my visit. I liked it so much I joined the VIP club to make sure I take a little "me time" every month.

I bought a Groupon massage here and also one for my husband. The massage therapist AMY was amazing! I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best massage I've ever had in my life! I will definitely be back! Wonderful experience! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his experience as well!

What a beautiful salon and spa! My girlfriend and I enjoyed amazing, relaxing, out of this world pedicures that included luscious, soothing and perfectly delicious products. We relaxed in the relaxation room with wonderful amenities and had a perfect service from warm and qualified practioners. They have a lot to offer and as we celebrated her birthday, we felt we made the right choice to relax, get pampered, have some laughs and good, quiet " girl time."

I have so much to say about Rustic Retreat. Starting with the owner Tracy who is so lovely and makes you feel so pampered just like her entire staff! She hosted a small Christmas spa party for myself and 4 girls. We had massages, facials, manis pedis. We felt so pampered and relaxed that day. We were all hooked. Now I have been back and had my hair done. She is the best colorist in the area! Plus facial and I am hooked on face products! My friends all have been back for facials, waxing and massage as well as products. The line they use is called "Imagine". Ok so this is the best part of my review: I had a spot on my face for over a year I was concerned may be cancer! I had gone to dermatologist and they said it was an "age spot" I could pay $500 to remove. I was going to go back and have it removed BUT I had just started using the face wash & mask from Rustic Retreat and suddenly the spot is completely GONE! Ladies need I say more? 5 +++++ stars from me!

I came here for a spa pedicure several months ago and it was probably the best I've every received. Super friendly and professional staff, very relaxing environment. I will definitely return.

I have been into this spa for a few different things. Everyone in there deserves a 5 star rating.. Very friendly and professional and always a positive experience..
