Second time I ordered from 123inkjets, the ink arrived very fast, the quality of the ink are very good and very cheap! You are not go wrong.

First time ordering from 123inkjets. Also the last time.

Placed an order for 3 cartridges in January. Over a week later, the day before the last day I should have the items in my hand according to the window on their own web site, I still had not even received a shipping notification. I call in the am, wait, leave a voicemail, no call back. I email in the afternoon. With no response either way, I call again the next day, get in the queue, then finally get a call back after a few hours while I'm walking into work.

It has not shipped. They are out of two of the three inks I ordered, it'll be a few more weeks - do I want them to go ahead and send the one? No, I want to cancel the whole order and put the charge back on my card.

If they know they don't have the ink, if they know my contact info, and if they know it won't ship in time, why didn't they inform me, instead of making me sit on hold and wait for callbacks?

This is dismal "customer service". Hope you enjoyed sitting on my money for almost a month.

Ordered two items in mid December with the promise of 4 to 8 day delivery. Problem is one item was out of stock but they don’t tell us on the order page, nor do you send an email to inform me ( assuming they can’t put a dynamic inventory check online). They have no trouble charging my account on the day of the order. Most online vendors charge when goods are shipped!

So time passes and I have to contact them. They explain your policy is to wait for stock and then send the complete order. No option to cancel order or credit. Two emails even went unanswered. Take it or leave it! Finally got the delivery on Feb 1st. SIX weeks for delivery. Would not recommend based on poor online experience and poor customer service and general lack of caring for your customer. Haven’t used cartridges yet so can’t comment on quality.

I order set of 10 packs of toners they shipped it in a big box exposed without protection in smaller boxes, it look like trash plus a couple of cartridge's were broken during shipment. Don't buy from 123inkjets the company is doing poorly with their business.

Ordered ink cartridges on line. They charged my card and have not sent the product. Requested call backs which they failed to do. Finally spoke with a representative and asked for a refund and they hung up on me! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

You ask me to send a direct message or call??? I've done that and more but your team doesn't respond. I've called the number you provide but always get caught in a circle of prompts and messages. You have my email and phone number... YOU CALL ME>

BUYER BEWARE! Horrible company to deal with. Placed a $200+ initial order and they sent the wrong cartridges. Then trying to resolve their mistake has proven to be nearly impossible. These guys appear to be a fly by night organization with no one steering the ship. Do not believe their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee or their award winning customer service claims. I am neither satisfied nor have I been able to reach anyone on their “award winning customer service” team. What a joke this has become. Thought I would give them a try, but right out of the gate they have proven to be nothing but a waste of my valuable time. Buyer Beware! All the replies to bad reviews from the owner are repetitive. Sorry for the trouble, please reach out to us so we can correct. Problem is, they are impossible to reach and they do not reply to the emails they ask you to send.

Jan 11: I placed my order.
Jan 12: They charged my credit card without shipping (which is a strict violation of Visa's rules by the way)
Jan 24: Still showed as "processing" on their website. I emailed them and they responded it would either ship that day or the next day.
Jan 26: Still "processing", so I emailed back again, asking for an update, or to cancel the order.

No response several days later, so I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card company, which gave me an immediate refund.

As of today (2/6), the order still shows as processing on their website. Yeah, right. Never again.

Ordered 4 Canon ink cartridges (2 color, 2 black) 1/15/2024. Received color cartridges 1/20/2024. Called 1/22 to ask where black cartridges were. Was told they were working on it and give them 10 days. After 10+ days called again. Was told supplier issues and out of stock. After being on hold for 15+ minutes Was told they found 2 cartridges and would mail them put the next day and send email with tracking #. Didn't receive and still don't have cartridges. Now they not returning my calls.

For a company that advertises "award-winning customer service" and "expect a quick reply" in their contact us form, they are anything BUT that. I ordered 5 trays of Brother toner but instead got HP toners, I sent several emails and got no reply. I filled out a form on their website, got no reply. I called customer service, was waiting for 11 minutes then it went to voicemail.

I wish I looked up their reviews before choosing to order with them. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and get your toner needs elsewhere.

I placed an order 10 days ago. The tracking info says the label was created 7 days ago, but it hasn’t gone out yet. I’ve emailed customer service twice and gotten no reply. I called customer service several times, and each time I got music on hold for 11 minutes before it rolled to voice mail. I’ve left voice mails but have not heard back from anyone.

I've ordered ink for printer on 12/9/23 and have yet to receive this is 1/11/24. I have called and left # to call back but no one has never called. Never received a shipment notice. Order days Still says processing order. I will never order again. You can count on that.

We are all saying the same. I ordered ink toner last December 23 and still no update on delivery. This company must be a scam. Because we are all complaining about the same thing. The tracking number I got does not look like a normal usps tracking nu.ber but I was also told it was coming another way not through the post office. This has to be a scam.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying for 10 days to get a hold of anybody that works at the company. I have no tracking number for my order and at this point I want to cancel my order but nobody responds to call or emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESSS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Order toner cartridges and after a week no update with status of shipment. Emailed requesting order update. Called several timesand waited on hold for 30 minutes or more each time. Requested call back and no one calls back. Do not order from this company. They were good at one time but no longer. I should have paid the extra money and went to staples.

Placed an order for a 4-pack that was "in stock." 12 days later, still no toner. No status update for the order. Sent an email through the website and as a response to the order confirmation. No response. Called and asked for someone to call me back (keep your place in line) and it was three hours before they called me back. Finally got a hold of them one morning and just canceled the order. Apparently only 2 of the 4 toner cartridges were in stock, even though the 4 pack AND each individual color shows in stock. I went here instead of compandsave because it was a little cheaper, but now I'm going back to them because at least they communicate with their customers.

ETA in response to owner - I did send in a query using that form and I still have not heard back three days later. And there is no online chat functionality that I saw.

I placed an order for ink a month ago and still have not received it ! They responded to me 2 weeks ago and said it was on the way yet still nada.

They have charged my credit card already for the product yet I have never received the product. This is a clear violation of both State and Federal Law !

I have already reached out to my state Attorney Generals office and they are going to open an investigation against the company based upon the many complaints that they also saw from consumers on the review board.

This is theft and the company needs to be prosecuted for it !

Ordered a set of cartridges for my printer. Black and the three colors. When I received my first order, only two of the cartridges were recognized by my printer. I contacted 123InkJets and they quickly sent out replacements. Of those, only one worked, the other wasn't recognized. I called them again and they sent out a replacement. By the time I received the third order, another cartridge wasn't recognized by my printer. I called them again, they quickly sent out replacements. Of the two I received, only one worked. I ended up giving up and requesting a refund for the one that didn't work. Customer service is top notch. My guess is because they receive so many calls that they are really good at it. In my case, my printer hasn't worked for three months because they can never provide a functional set of cartridges.
Edit- Since I left the message the other two color cartridges are not being recognized by my printer. I put in Epson branded cartridges, no issues. I don't recommend 123InkJets.
