Front store staff helped me find the otc products i needed, Anna in the pharmacy was great and answered all my daughters questions about her prescriptions, thanks cvs!

I enjoyed my pleasant experience at the CVS, it is much larger than the one on Country Club drive! I have never really seen a CVS this huge.

They're reducing the wait time at the pharmacy which is awesome. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I caught some buy one get one free products that I actually use l this week 👍

Got my ears pierced at this store, and my beauty advisor Caroline absolutely was the best!!! Capable and caring, friendly and thoughtful. It was such a pleasure to have it done there!! Quick and no pain! Above all, looks great!😃

Of all CVS stores in town, the Cochran and Sycamore store is best there is in Simi Valley! I can always count on management to provide help when I need it and their floor employees are just as caring. The night shift does a wonderful job of handling line rushes, and the pharmacy leaves a great impression for always being efficient and well stocked. Worthy mention that the renovations in the place really make the store stand out.

I want to say that Adam, cashier is super great always been polite and helpful and he recognized the customer all the time and that is very important and valuable for the customer. Thank you Adam for all your work.

I couldn't be happier with any other pharmacy, or store. Angela W. In the pharmacy is the sweetest person I have come in contact with, in a long time. She is always pleasant, has a nice smile, and remembers her customers with genuine concern for them. Angela went out of her way for me, when I was their earlier today. I hope CVS understands what a wonderful employee they have! I also wanted to say Patricia also assisted me today, by stopping what she was doing to help me find an item, and assist me with another matter. This is to tell everyone doing a survey for this store, and it is less than all stars, stop and think if you were a customer who smiled and said thank you. Retail is extremely difficult to do, but add to it sick people, it makes their job even harder. Take it from me, I know. Signed a retired nurse.

Pharmacist Rupa Patel rocks! She is always very quick/efficient and is very customer service oriented!! Whenever my kids are sick, I end up here for the meds because I sincerely appreciate her attention to detail and how effectively she communicates the instructions for the medicine. I truly appreciate her kindness and care!!

Have to say this store had what I came in for. (Neck Collar) and the store was very tidy. Cashier was very kind and professional.
