From the initial encounter i was very impressed with the staff and the office. Extremely kind and pleasant. The care i received today for a cleaning was top notch. Very high quality and new machines. I dont know why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Highly recommend this dentist!

Very nice staff. They are pleasant and responsive, they offered you drinks and small snack. They make you very comfortable. when Dr. Potts orders a treatment they come in and show you the financials or the treatment plan in a fast and responsible way very confident and they are pleasant. Dr. Potts is a very good dentist gives good advice and does excellent work. The dental hygienist are very pleasant and nice. Also, they offer good tips for good dental hygiene and do a good job cleaning your teeth.. Also, it is easy to schedule appointments. They have lots of openings and available hours.

This has to be one of most awesome Dentistry Offices I've ever been in. From the moment you step in the amazing staff make you feel at home and at ease. The Doctors are amazing as well they really explain things in details. I love this place...Going to Dentist just got easier and fun...

went in today nervous as one could be. When I opened the door the cleanliness, aroma in the air, calming welcoming smile behind the desk made me feel better. I had a cleaning with Tess.
She was amazing. She understood that I was scared and was very kind and gentle. I really appreciated that. I had an exam with Dr. Potts he went into detail of what I needed. I did not feel like I was in a "snarky cars salesmen" situation like I have in previous offices. He was truthful and gave me the breakdown of what the priority was. Then I met with the office manager Lourdes who again was not out to take my money. She was calm and very willing to explain what coverages I had and what needed to be done first as well. I had a great experience and I recommend this office to everyone. On my way out scheduled my teens for their cleanings as well. We found a new DENTAL OFFICE YAY!!!

The service of this dentist office was amazing. From the front desk to the back where they examined my teeth, everyone was so energetic and kind. It was such a refreshing and unique experience. They offer you coffee and water as your waiting in the lounge area. I really like how they have a screen right in front of the patient chair: where you can view your photos and X-rays. overall, a great experience.

I literally ended up at Moorpark Center for Dentistry by accident, and stayed. I'll refer my friends and family without hesitation.

I had a dental emergency on father's day, Dr. Potts opened the office for me, examined the issue (was ok to wait a day), and made a plan. He cleared up time the next day, and got me back to functional with a temporary cap. I was also leaving for a trip in a week, and he again fit me in to get the permanent in before I left.

I've since continued treatment, and worked with the rest of the staff (front office, cleaning, etc). Everyone has been great, and no complaints from me. I especially appreciate that they are on time for appointments, do good work, and I don't feel them pressuring me to do unnecessary procedures. Office is really clean and well maintained, and they explain costs well. I even experienced them asking me if I wanted to delay a procedure until new year as I had hit the annual cap on my insurance, so they were watching out for my financial interests.

Well….. how do I begin? I came to Dr Potts as a referral from my wife Marilyn 6 yrs ago. At the time I was a dental school practice dummy. Cavities bridges ,root planing ,Implants… is there anything else ? Between The good Doctor and Angela Webb. They glued me back together and set me on a course to vastly improved dental care. All without pain or discomfort ! I urge you to reach out to the office. It will be a wise choice for your oral health!!!

Love this office! The staff’s super nice and seem very knowledgeable. They gave me a welcome gift bag and a tour of their beautiful facility. They offer many beverages including wine and beer and many other items to make going to the dentist more comfortable. I highly recommend and even referred Dr Potts to my mother who has had terrible dentists in the past

My appointments are always on time. Every staff member is very organized and friendly. They welcome you and offer you a drink when you arrive, let you choose your tv channel and use all the newest methods for cleanings. They are quick and efficient and will always provide transparency in pricing before moving ahead on service without pressure. Highly recommend.

The first time you walk into Dr. Potts office you realize that this will be a different dental experience. Waterfalls cascade down the walls and plush chairs surround the waiting room. The entire environment has a spa like atmosphere. The people around you are drinking wine, tea, and gourmet coffee. What is going on here I thought? The drinks are just part of the 'VIP' menu, which also includes lip balms and essential oils. The wine and beer is for those who need 'liquid courage'. The staff, dental hygienists, and doctors, are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They do everything they can to make you comfortable, explain any and all dental procedures and make you want to come back as you sit in your vibrating dental massage chair having your teeth cleaned.

I can't say enough amazing things about this Dentist! First of it feels like visiting the spa. Secondly, I feel like I'm visiting family. Lastly, they are on the cutting edge of technology with every step pf your visit. They really belong in Beverly Hills.

And I can always rely on Lourdes, their office manager to followup & stay on top of my ongoing treatment plan. Im very thankful for her and the whole staff who brightens your day.

I really like this dental practice! All of the people I’ve met are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facility definitely has a Spa vibe which helps keep you calm and relaxed. Their reputation as the best in Ventura county is well deserved.

I absolutely love everyone here! I have always been terrified of dentist offices but my experience here has been the complete opposite. They make me feel comfortable, safe and at ease at all times. Last Friday I had an appointment getting work done when an earthquake hit. I’m usually terrible in situations like that but they were very calm and they told me I am going with them anywhere they are if needed. I 100% recommend them and will continue to talk highly about them!

Moorpark Dentistry is a top notch dentistry. Everyone is very professional and make every visit a good experience. They are very empathetic about patients fears and anxiety’s and do not move forward until my kids are comfortable. I have only great things to say about this place and highly recommend it. Easy to book and they are great with communication.

Good. My visits are always good at this dentist office. I’m probably one of the most anxious patients. This dentist office makes me feel calmer. Great doctor's that know what they are doing. Also, they are good at communicating with the patient about their dental situation, whether it’s a cleaning, filling, etc. They have great nurses, assistants, and a cool front desk. This office is worth the visit. Just try it.

I neglected going to the dentist for five years mainly because of COVID. Moorpark Center For Dentistry was recommended to me and so happy I went. The facility has the latest and best in exam equipment, procedures, and personnel. The moment you walk in you feel the calm, professional environment.

Extremely thorough and made sure I was very comfortable every step of the way. High tech and high touch facility. Even offered me a drink while I waited in the calm and relaxing lounge. TV and choice of music while in my room.
