Pizza Factory

The owners here are really working to have satisfied customers. They care for the customers, and you can tell by my pic, the Pizza is good. Their lunch special cannot be beat, be sure to ask about the specials they have going. Sometimes there is Karaoke and a regular dose of video games. Clean and Friendly, good place for a team dinner after a game.

While on a drive from the Bay Area to Shasta Lakes, our pizza cravings led us to Pizza Factory, and it turned out to be an excellent choice to stop by. Opting for half Greek and half Pesto-Garlic pizza, we were in for a treat. The flavors were exceptional, toppings well-balanced, and the crust achieved that perfect crispiness. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff attentive and friendly. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit to explore more of their delectable menu offerings.

Stopped by this location couple of times and it’s always those smiling faces we get to see along with the best customer service. Love the food here and orders are made quickly with very less wait time :)

Stopped in here before the tractor parade for lunch, even though the place was packed we got our super tasty brisket pizza in 15 minutes!

Great food and service. The pizza was nice warm and crusty. Loved the salad bar too. It is quite veg friendly. The staff is very nice. My 2 year daughter also loved the food and games here.

As a pizza lover, I would recommend you come here. Bring your friends and family to enjoy a good-tasting pizza. Also, the breadsticks are top-notch. They're similar to Little Ceasars, Only way better.

Hawaian pizza was great! Staff very nice and friendly. Place had plenty of tables and chairs. TVs on wall for entertainment. Buffet salad bar. Clean and great place to hang out with friends.

Love the karaoke on Tuesday nights!! Food is great lots of things to choose from and the salad bar is out of this world!!

Delicous pizza and all you can eat salad bar. Many beers are on tap to choose from. Quaint and peaceful outside seating and parking right in front. You can watch them toss the fresh dough before baking, and the pizza came to our table hot and fresh.

Amazing pizza, salad, pasta and wings, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is great.

I love this place :-) vibe is always good, the service is exceptional. Even when short-staffed they still turn out excellent pizza with a smile. They are veteran owned which is a big deal for me. If you need pizza in Winters (And who doesn't from time to time?!?) this is the place to go.
Also, their ranch is addictive. This is high praise from a Midwest girl :)

I’m new to Winters and the Pizza Factory has been one of my favorite finds here. The pizza is surprisingly delicious-I wan’t expecting it to become my favorite!
I always get the veggie, and add artichoke hearts and feta-pure perfection. The crust has just the right crunch, too.
We went on a Tuesday night when they had Karaoke, and everyone was having a blast! Now, I’m hooked, going 2-3 Tuesdays a month, eating pizza and singing my heart out!

Been to quite a few pizza factories, and they're all pretty consistent on taste. Employees here were friendly, and the pizza was done pretty quick.

I have never tasted their food but I called up for a delivery because I am disabled on Sunday today and they stated they don’t deliver. They should have their delivery schedule on their anything they’re listed all it stated was pick up, delivery. I do find a communication disconnect in this area! I am use to businesses stated what they do all and times! I put 5 stars because the young female was so nice! The 5 stars are for her!!!

I enjoy using the app to order and pay for my pizza, its always hot and ready when I go to pick it up! The Owner is always around working and is great to have a conversation with when he is not busy! I enjoy the beer wall they have since its a small selection but all the selection of beer is good! I cant wait for dine in service to resume so i can enjoy it with my friends!

Completely renovated from what I see on the google photos. Place is open and awesome! I love the menu variety and the employees were enthusiastically helpful to decide what I wanted. Great choices for what's on tap, fresh salad bar and homemade soups, managers came around and were friendly. LOVED the live music they're doing on a regular basis!

I love their Calazones. Its like a pizza sandwich only better. I can customize the fresh ingredients and fresh the crust is amazingly thin and strong and tasty. Bonus, the employees are polite and friendly.

We picked up an order tonight for our dinner and it was accidentally given to another customer. I am SO PLEASED how manager Misty handled the situation. Rather than only remaking our order, she upgraded our pizzas AND gave a full refund to us! This situation could’ve gone so much worse and believe me I would’ve let them know how unhappy I was. However, I left HAPPY and thankful for how well this was taken care of!!!! THANK YOU pizza factory! You will continue to always get our business!!!

love the menu variety. I'm also enjoying how they are creating regular music events. I'm always impressed by the freshness of the salad bar. Great that the managers comes out and talks to everyone. Such a treat!

Just getting in from San Diego 9hr drive and stopping in this beautiful little town winters for some good pizza and salad also has an excellent selection of beer 🍺
