Colin Lightfoot was instrumental in helping us find the right tenants for our property. Colin is a very knowledgeable Property Manager & has extensive experience in the rental market. He was patient & extremely responsive to our questions. He would normally respond to a text within minutes, but always at least the same day. Colin goes out of his way to help his clients. Colin Lightfoot and CL Properties have (1) property-managed a rental home for my wife and I for almost 5 years, and (2) acted as the sellers agent to then sell that home. I rarely write reviews, but want to thank Colin and his team for the tremendous service they have provided. With Colin and CL Properties, you can trust them to deliver results. With a first-time rental, there was much that we were unsure of. Colin found well-qualified renters in short periods of time, and exceeded my expectations across the board. He has an excellent network of good and reasonably priced individuals to make repairs when they were needed, so I never had to worry. He provided smart counsel based on his experience as decisions needed to be made, then always acted with perfect fidelity to execute decisions I made. He delivered the smoothest and most efficient sales process I can imagine when we asked him to sell the home. Life is better when you work with good people you can trust, and that is absolutely the case with Colin...I trust him to deliver excellent value, and will absolutely hire him again with my next rental property.

Ted Mead is a small-time con artist. I've talked to 9 different people now (tenants and property owners) who have the same opinion.

He acted as my fiduciary and rented me a place for $4800/mo missing major appliances, blinds, had broken toilets, and multiple botched repair and paint jobs. I found out after moving in that it was his recommended people to the landlord and his offering discounted "property management" services that led to these conditions.

Everything is pre-existing once tenants change hands which he believes gets him off the hook. I'm convinced he has no money so decided not to take him to small claims court.

If you decide to do business with this man, expect to get burned, and if you decide to sue, let me know if you're able to get him to pay up.

WORST REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!! Do not work with this company. He does not do anything and you end up doing everything! If he does do something for you the person that does it charges extremely high! He takes the tenants side than the owner!! Everything was new when the tenant moved in as the third month came up everything started getting “broken”! Changed the water heater twice in 2 years. Instead of coming and checking your home to see if everything is okay you end up with a house with NOTHING working and EVERYTHING is broken! His response when the tenant moved out..... oh okay. Wow! They really didn’t take care of anything!
My family and I were in utter shock! The place was disgusting!
