Savage Life Fitness

Savage Life Fitness is an amazing gym. The head trainer Chris has really created a positive, supportive gym culture that brings together folks from all levels of fitness. Chris is an educated and experienced trainer who can help you attain your goals and optimize your overall health. I came in a year and a half ago with asymmetrical issues (I walked like a duck) and he helped rehab my knee/foot AND drop 5 dress sizes. I appreciate that he did not just help me drop the weight but my overall health and wellbeing has improved as well.

Running and attending spin classes a few times during the week, I thought I was fit. Then I met Chris. Now, I'm running Spartan races and in the best shape I have ever been. If you are looking for a knowledgable trainer who will push you to your limits, Chris is your guy. The best thing about Chris though is that he will customize workouts to your ability, but still push you just a little more every time. Give him a few hours during your week, and you won't look back. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone.

Savage life really fosters an environment that motivates and encourages anyone at any physical skill level. You will work hard and sweat like hell. It doesn't matter if you are an athlete or new to working out, Chris will coach you the same way and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout.

All in all there is something about going through a tough and painful (in a good way) workout in a class that really brings people together and at Savage Life you become family.

Chris is hands down the most educated and experienced trainer I have known. Chris has trained me for 5 years, that being said I highly recommend him. He focuses on fitness, nutrition and lifestyle changes. If your in Sacramento check his gym out!

Chris knows how to push you and really work your whole body. After just a month of going there, I feel so much fitter! I also love how close knit The Savage Life fitness family is. Who wouldn't want to be part of that?! Thank god I found Savage Life fitness.

Chris does a great job making me feel comfortable anytime I come in for a workout! It's also really impressive how he is able to help me with my individual goals in a group environment. Plus his classes are so much fun!

Savage is one of the best PTs I know. He know just what to say and how much to push to get you to keep going. His knowledge, encouragement, and advise has gotten me to be the strongest and fittest I have ever been.
