Tyler was exceptionally helpful. Showed me three product specific to my needs. Bought the perfect mattress and was out the door and less than 30 minutes.

It was my first time at this particular location, and I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Aneesha! Upon arrival she greeted us with a warm welcome and it was very clear she was very knowledgeable on the inventory, she took us straight to what we were looking for and helped us find a perfect bed for us. She made our visit very easy and was extremely efficient . Go see her she is very nice efficient and attentive and will find you what you’re looking for! Thanks again Aneesha!

We bought our mattress in December we went and met Tyler the manager at the West Sacramento store and he was patient, informative and extremely helpful he recommended beds based on our needs and we found one in our price range that we now love,Tyler went above and beyond to help us.

These guys have a great selection and are super helpful and knowledgeable. We worked with Christopher and he was awesome! They even helped us move mattresses around to different bases to find exactly what we wanted. They also have 0% financing for up to 60 months which helps you get exactly what you want. I hated Sleep Train before Mattress Firm bought them, but now I will definitely be coming back for my mattresses in the future.

They have great customer service. I wish I could remember the guys name even though I did not buy a mattress there. They were very helpful in the future. That’s where I’ll buy my mattress should’ve went there in the first place

What a great experience. I did a lot of homework before I went in, and I ended up learning a lot more. I realize the type of bed I thought I wanted was wrong. I Andrsha was incredibly helpful! She knew something about everything on the floor and her recommendations were spot on! I had an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that helped me when I called MattressFIRM in West Sacramento was really helpful, very pleasant and researched to make sure that I could get a base for the bed I wanted so that I wouldn’t have to wait until the 20th, and he found one so that I could get my bed delivered tomorrow. A very easy and seamless experience shopping for the bed.

I felt my needs were listened to. The manager was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the differences of the mattresses. I’m concerned about the thick mattress and availability of sheets that are to my liking. That’s the one thing I feel anxious about.
