Rotary Park

Great well kept spacious park with a large gazebo. DJ Rockalot performs here for the city's annual lighted tractor parade and the lights are beautiful!

Awesome place to clear your mind, grew up 2 blocks away. Always great to visit.

Parks and Rec personnel are super nice, and work hard with very few employees to keep our parks nice. Pls help out by cleaning after yourselves. Gazebo needs overhaul but they do their best to make repairs until overhaul can happen.

It's much better atmosphere at night with the hanging lights but this is a good park to go to regardless. There are about 4 pokemon go stops if you play, and two gyms closer to the park.

There is a good sized gazebo that the kids like to run around in. They even put in a bench or two. There are several picnic areas as well. 48hour parking so you don't have to worry about coins and meter maids.

Also it is near a nice nature trail.

In this day & age it is almost unbelievable that there still are small towns that have that small town feeling. This park embodies that feeling. Winters has managed to retain that small town charm with this small park in the middle of downtown. The wonderful large shade trees, the expanse of neatly trimmed grass & the lovely gazebo. When you envision the town square park in Anytown USA this is exactly what your mind pictures. Even though it is in the middle of town, it is a quiet and relaxing place. LOVE THIS PARK!

Great place for morning breakfast - bring your own, or stop off at either Lester Farms Bakery or Steady Eddys, grab a picnic table and enjoy the outdoors, social distancing included. Afterwards, you're right there for a post meal amble down the creek path. Perfect.

It's a cool little park mostly for a picnic with decent parking availability. I stop here in between service calls for the restroom which is ok.

They have a lovely park with a large area of grass. Their public bathroom was unlocked and clean. They had refreshing cold water in the drinking fountain.

This is a cute little park with a quaint gazebo right in downtown Winters. The hustle and bustle of the small downtown area is nearby. The park is shaded with a couple picnic tables and a public restroom.

There's plenty of parking at The Rotary Park. I love the Beautiful large gazebo and the well care for lawn area. Many trees offer shade. And there are several benches to sit on..

Very sweet place. Winters is a hidden gem, people living here really try to make something of their little city. Theater performances, festivities, nice Holiday decorations. And even when the wildfires are raging over at Napa, they continue with their Tuesday Oldies Car show. They are not that easily discouraged!

This park is very convenient to spend a lunch meal on a warm day, it is across from several restaurants and has lots of tables to sit and enjoy your meal.

Nice picnic area with tables and lots of grass to play in. The restroom I used was clean and had paper.

I like to sit at the park and people watch. It is always a good show and the most entertaining spot in Winters.

7-8:30 Thursdays in July there are great free concerts in the park
