Davis Community Gardens

This garden is owned and operated by the City of Davis Parks and Community Services Department.Gardeners rent individual plots and grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers for their own personal use (not for sale.) It is a great learning lab for new and experienced gardeners alike, and it's a nice social environment.

I grew up about a block away and I like it when night is upon the City because it out of the way of the noise and bright light of the core of Davis and one can actually talk to a person or Maybe enjoy ones company and they can get to know each other better just a relaxed place and a great place to garden 😊

It's a fun place to visit and see what people are growing in their own rented garden lots.

I love to sit here at night to watch the stars and to collect my thoughts.

Great place to garden of you can get a plot. You pay a yearly membership, but if you are serious about your garden, the amount of food you can grow for yourself more than makes up for the membership fee! And also you can grow your own food as organic as you'd like it!

This is a community garden, which is pretty nice to just walk around and look at the plants growing. Good place to get inspiration for your own garden.
