I love living at Greystone! I'm renewing for my third year right now. It's spacious (especially the kitchen), they're very quick with repairs, and they have in-unit laundry + parking! I've visited many of my friend's apartments and out of all the ones I've been to, this is definitely the best place for its price point.

I've had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The management team is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance staff is always prompt and efficient. The amenities are great, and the location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience.

Overall, I really love these apartments! It's a very nice area with a lot of greenery and maintenence is really well kept. They're really on top of any problems you may have and do their best to fix it. They also do events for the tenants and overall it's a great community.

Love the management here! Super quick with responding to any questions and maintenance is super friendly! They have lots of fun events too! The place is nice and quiet and is perfect for students or family.

Greystone management is very friendly and responsive. They never take long to respond and very accommodating. They have a lovely pool as well as studying room and gym.

Maintenance staff are super friendly and respectful, and the office staff are great people who go out of their way to be helpful. 10/10 will live here again.

Beautiful Apartment complex (2021-2022), rented a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and loved living here. Rent is about in the average (maybe 100-200 bucks more) but that reflects in the quality, space and comfort. The management is very responsive and quick to resolve maintenance request.
Pet friendly and their clubhouse is very nice.

Nice apartments with a good community! Often host events for tenants and fix issues quickly!

If you're a transfer student and don't know where to live, please come to Greystones. I am surprised they don't have 5 stars. I literally never felt more seen and validated by an apartment complex before!! Everyone is SO kind, helpful and always ready to answer any questions you may have. I love how they do their best to accommodate to everyone. They even are kind of send out email reminders which is EXTREMELY helpful for someone forgetful like me. Hearing everyone's horror story about living at other complexes has been terrifying. I lived at Wake Forest and my entirety roof collapsed and then while they were doing construction, debris of bricks and wood fell onto my head..They had no proper management, exposed me to abestos and on multiple occasions had workers come into my apartment while I was still asleep in my PJs unannounced. I literally had a doctor's note from how sick I was staying there. When I showed them photos of actual black mold-- they denied until they can get it tested but they wouldn't let me go into the apartment complex anymore after they transferred me during the middle of the school quarter.... I was I was and am STILL traumatized from that experience. GREYSTONE is nothing like that!!!!! GREYSTONE is 110% better. If I could live here again, I totally would. Not only do they provide their residents with weekly giveaways and occasionally cute events, they are so quick to answer any issues that may rise up. Even if it is out of their control, they will always try their best to be able to help you.

If you have are an animal lover then I would definitely live here. Packages never got stolen and I felt extremely safe walking around. They provided great lighting outside which made me feel super safe when daylight savings occurred.The green grass and tables outside made it very relaxing to study etc.

All the rooms felt really big because of their amazing ceilings. Natural light, lush greenery, open space, responsive management team and kind maintenance team-- what more can you ask for? Oh yeah, they help build credit as well! Each resident is responsible for their own fare share of rent and or however you decide to do it. Literally the kindest maintenance people out there. So quick to help out. One time I had one of the maintenance guy show me how to install my light bulb/light fixture lol. Like thank you loool.
Just because an apartment complex has "newer" upgrades does not necessarily mean it is the best. They may not be the "newest" but simplicity is what makes this place so great. Everything worked for me, no complaints.

I love living at Greystone! The management has been so great. When we first moved in, we had a small issue with our dishwasher. Maintenance came to look at it the next day, and within the week we had an entirely new dishwasher! All our requests are always addressed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is an awesome time and money saver (no more quarters!) as well as a well-equipped gym, pool/hot tub, and a 24/7 computer room with a printer.
The A/Z bus line is right outside the complex as well as the P/Q line right across 5th. Biking to campus isn't bad either, maybe 10-15 minutes.
Overall, I'm so happy here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed my time at Greystone Apartments. Whenever I need to know anything regarding my lease or apartment, I feel comfortable asking Priscilla and everyone in the main office. The clubhouse is very nice, although they made the computer lab really dark. Maintenance also responds very fast, which is really nice! Shout out to you guys!! The pool and common areas are all well maintained. A problematic area is the garbage, because people sometimes dig around. We’re across from a police station, which is cool, but it would be nice to have security again. All things combined, I would still recommend Greystone to others!

The customer service is great, the maintenance is fast and takes online service requests, the shuttle is extremely nice and convenient, the bus stop is right next to the parking lot if it fits your schedule more, the 4 bedroom has a great amount of space for the communal area and decently sized rooms, the kitchen is giant compared to other apartments, and the events the office holds are always wonderful. It's also awesome that they accept pets of all sizes, which is kind of hard to find in Davis. The parking is a tad expensive but it's worth it.

Very awesome complex management is awesome each and everyone of them in the leasing office also the maintenance team everyone is positive the grounds are real clean and the pool is very nice I recommend staying here at greystone the apartment are real nice and also pet friendly

Living at Greystone Apartments has been a great experience! The apartment itself is very spacious with updated appliances, the staff is super nice and knows the residents by name, the complex is very appealing and includes a pool, hot tub, and various areas with grass and outdoor activities. Complex is pet friendly, and offers great amenities to residents, including a computer lab/study space, free printing (excluding paper), a gym, and lounge. There is a shuttle to UC Davis for residents who purchase a pass at the beginning of the year, but otherwise, there is a Unitrans bus stop directly in front of the complex. Everything is very convenient, staff and maintenance are friendly and respond quickly via email, and overall living here is very comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciate the sense of community at Greystone. Every Friday, the office provides snacks for residents and occasionally hosts barbecues in the fall and spring, which feature raffles (I won a bike!). I absolutely recommend living at Greystone Apartments.

The employees at Greystone are very helpful and provide great costumer service. My husband and I were getting set up with the roommate program and it is VERY hard to find a place that is affordable and allows couples to rent when it comes to roommates. Greystone has beautiful scenery, the best I've ever seen before and all sorts of hook-ups for students who are going to USD, it has an office open for students any time of the day including a gym and pool area. The apartment complex provides transportation between USD and safeway every 30 minutes so students have transportation to and from school. If I were a student I would most definately choose Greystone.

I have been here for three years and it was interesting seeing the management and apartment progress. I enjoy the shuttle very much because the seats are really comfortable compared to the unitran. The management are really nice and welcoming.

I had a lovely experience living here. The staff was very friendly and would respond quickly to maintenance issues or any other problem that would come up. If I wasn't graduating I would have definitely renewed my lease!
