I went in today to get a motorcycle battery and when I left I had a better less expensive battery that they soldered the wires on themselves and the service was outstanding! These guys are awesome and if I could give 10 stars I would. Very happy!

This place is awesome! I was having an issue with my computer charging cord and this dude Curtis and another guy working there took care of it in a matter of minutes. They were super generous and professional.

My phone suddenly died on me. Batteries Plus was able to repair it quickly. Very happy with this service! Highly recommend!

If you need a battery or bulb for just about anything, they probably have it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They can even replace the batteries for you in most devices.

I’m always extremely satisfied with the service and prompt response from the staff at this store, been using them for years, they kept my iPhone 4s alive and ticking and we recycle or used parts from my children’s 4s models when they “had to use the newer” less reliable upgrades.
Always best advice, experience and knowledge through all product lines and other service providers. They are my 1 st go-to for the real scoop.

Store agents were very helpful and nice. They replaced my phone battery and screen protector quickly and my phone was in tip top shape! I was able to make an appoint for my repair online for the same day and I received a coupon for $10 off! I would highly recommend Batteries+Bulbs for all your phone repair needs. :)

I dropped my phone and the whole screen shattered. Took it here they told me they could replace the screen in 3 hours. So I left it with them. 3 hours later they called my landline and said it was ready for pick up. I paid the reasonable fee, picked up my phone & it works like a champ with no problems. Also really friendly workers. A++

The best customer service! Today I went into Target and when I came out my car wouldn’t start. I had my elderly Grandma with me so I ran in Batteries Plus and took her in with me to get her out of the heat. They got Grandma a chair to sit in, tested my battery and then jumped my car so I could pull it around back and then they installed my new battery and I was on my way in less than 30 mins! Thanks so much for the help and great customer service. They are a great source for all your battery needs!

Had an incredible experience looking for new batteries, staff was extremely kind and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! Mr.Gorden was the man attending me and I really appreciated his extensive knowledge with all the products they had in stock, he made everything so much easier. I will definitely be coming back for this tremendously great customer experience:)

I brought in my iPhone as the screen was not responding to any touch. The guys fixed my broken screen in the time they said they would. And treated me like a friend. We laughed and connected over iCloud stuff. And they even told me my phone can last a long time when I mentioned I thought it was done. They saved me once again.

I very much appreciated the order and processing of my very small battery. I searched several stores for this hard to find little battery and was treated very well over the phone and online by Batteries Plus Bulbs. I was confused, but the salesman seemed to know what I was trying to say and had my online order right in front of him when I approached the check-out counter. My order was ready for pickup when I arrived, the core credit was smooth. I ordered batteries for my electric quad...heavy little buggers but they helped me out to my car! AWESOME customer service in every aspect of the transaction!

The staff here is very friendly and well versed on their products. We visited this location recently and were helped by John and another young man. I used there online buying and in-store pick up option. The web site was easy to use, and I received mail and a call from the store within an hour that my order was ready. Friendly staff ready to help. After checking prices around town, 1 place was out of what I needed, and the other 2 places where more expensive for the same class of battery.
