Shout out to Janet! Super funny, friendly and helpful! Best customer service I've received in a while. We need more people like Janet in the world!! 10/10 experience!:)

Char at the Mac makeup counter is fantastic. I also found a beautiful Christmas dress for my grad daughter. The employees are great.

The toys r us portion of Macy's was smaller than I anticipated, but there was a good variety of toys. Loved there kids' clothes options.

Needed to run in for a couple of quick items, mission accomplished. Store was clean, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Plenty of parking; convenient location, can access from inside or outside mall.

What can I say that isn't already known? It's Macy's!!! While being good at somethings, makes me kinda nostalgic, Macy's was our West Coasts most beloved place to pamper one's self, today isn't about that as much as it is do as much as we can through our devices. We're more impersonal therefore "Pampering" ourselves got lost by distance. While I was in Grammer and high school here in Redding we didn't have a Macy's. We went to Sac. or the Bay Area for Prom attire and ect.

Great sales throughout the store, and the sales lady Stephanie on the 2nd floor housewares was quite helpful!!

I like being able to order items online and be able to pick them up in the store.

The customer service manager Leanna was so kind and helpful. There was a glitch with curbside pick up and she went above and beyond to not only rectify the problem but she also genuinely seemed to care and did not let me leave without being compensated, satisfied and happy! Leanna is a true example of excellent customer service and Macy's is fortunate to have her as an employee.

Great place to shop. Usually has great sale prices. You can find casual to dressy clothes. I'm grateful the fitting rooms are open now! It is hard to find a sales clerk.

The customer service was absolutely remarkable. They were friendly, stopped what they were doing to help us. I'm not just talking about 1 employee, I'm talking about every single one we encountered. The lady at the checkout was so very nice. We were there to get an outfit for a job interview. They all wished us luck. They all had smiles, did not make us feel like we were bothering them. The store was clean. I would give it 10 stars if I could. In a world where everyone is rude and seem to be bothered by everyone, this place was like walking back into a time when people were friendly and enjoyed helping others.

I bought a perfume I just loved Idole from Lancone and I received an extra bonus gift. Plus the awesome customer service from a lovely temp cashier! Thanks for such great service!

They Sell Furniture and Mattresses now!! Clearance furniture as well!

I enjoyed my visit there at Macy's. I had three different clerks offered to help me find a certain little over sweater, light one for the summer. Leanne is just a doll she helped me last time and then she helped me again today!! She's got a great customer service attitude and a wonderful, welcoming smile!! 👍

Another Update: I usually use Jane Iredale but I am more than tired of waiting on shipping. I went to the Macy's Bare Minerals counter and Ayeisha (sorry, not sure about the spelling). Such a pleasure doing business with her! She got me all set up with the perfect product! She was very informative, had a great sense of humor and was exceptionally patient! Wonderful shopping experience!

Update: I had a return and had to come back in. Vicky in jewelry just redeemed this Macy's for me! Great experience. Go Vicky!

Original review: It might just be me but it seems like the people who work here are a little uninterested in completing sales. I think I will just stick to Macys.com for my purchases. I planned on spending at least 500 dollars today but I changed my mind when I couldn't seem to engage a salesperson.

Found a new dress, headband, and belt all in sale. Then clinique counter for some make up.

I always purchase my favorite perfume here and they give me free samples.

As miles go this is a very strange one yet I enjoyed every minute of it but I was with my little brother and it was enjoyable no matter what please come and visit this mall you won't regret it
