I had a great experience at this office. Both my daughter and I were seen here and it was with two different doctors. Feel like they care about their patients and take the time.

Dr. Was very patient and staff was very pleasant. I appreciated the fact that I could fill most paper work online before my sons visit. No long wait time all the people at the front desk was nice. The waiting area was nice and clean.

the waiting area was very clean and organized, comfortable to wait in, even though i did not have to wait for long. the check in process was a little disheveled but i can only chalk that up to the phones ringing off the hook. the check in staff were so polite + friendly, nonetheless. i only waited about 5-7 minutes to be taken back. i was cared for by Stephanie, who was so friendly + kind, confirmed my paperwork + the reason for being there in a timely manner. dr lewark didnt make me wait either, less than 5 minutes. i was able to voice all of my concerns to him + ask all questions, which he addressed every single one of them in an honest + efficient manner. he was also very educational, which i appreciated as i am a medical student. i would LOVE to shadow this doctor just because of his honesty, openness, and vast medical knowledge. you can just tell this guy is smart + knows what he's doing. not to mention that he cares for his patients. he reassured me to the best of his ability + i left his office feeling more relieved + more knowledgeable. would always recommend!

The staff was wonderful and caring. They took the time to listen and fully evaluate me. Dr. Sharp was very conscientious and fully evaluated my issues. He developed a comprehensive treatment plan and regimen. He gets high marks on professionalism, bedside manner and showing a genuine caring attitude. More doctors could take a lesson from him.

Office was very clean. Staff was amazing and nice! I went to have my ears checked due not being able to hear very well. Doctor checked my ears I had severe wax build up. The doctor removed wax quickly and pain-free. I felt immediate relief was able to hear again. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Dr. Nelson and all of the staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve never been in the waiting room, exam room waiting for the doctor or awaiting any assistance for long. The whole staff is punctual and happy to help with whatever you need. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice! They’re exceptional!

My experience at the Aurora office with Dr. Scott Sharp was excellent! After having a choking sensation for 3-4 weeks, I got an appt the SAME WEEK I called! Wow! Dr. Sharp and his entire staff were professional, experienced, and thorough. Short wait time. Stephanie helped me understand the treatment plan, and followed up with Dr. Sharp on a question I had. Courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Sharp and his staff!!

Wow! I have so many positive things to say about Dr Nelson. My daughter got rocks stuck in her ear and Dr Nelson was so wonderful and made her feel completely at ease. My daughter had no fear going to see her and got rocks stuck again a week later. Other than my child being irrational, Dr Nelson was great. I highly recommend their office she really goes above and beyond and even met us at the office on the weekend and that really is so amazing to have at a doctor office. I can go on and on but I am definitely recommending anyone I know to this office! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience! The person on the phone that lined up the appointment was friendly and helpful, the front desk person was also very nice. Truly all staff that we encountered had a smile, were professional, and friendly. The facility was clean and beautiful. My child has anxiety about medical issues, and without knowing this the Doctor made us both feel better in how he explained everything that was going on. Thank you!

I’ve only had 2 appointments, but this place is the best! Dr. Nelson is perfect in her care for someone with a learning disability. She treated me as your average patient even though I take a little extra care in understanding everything. Staff is so nice and ready to help! Definitely going back!

This is the most professional and nicest office I have been to as a patient. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff were courteous, friendly, and genuinely caring. The MA that took me back to the exam room made me feel very welcome, in fact, she said " welcome to RMEA, we are glad you are here." No one was in a rush to push me through and get me out of the office. The MA, Audiologist, and ENT took their time and listened to my issues and then treated me on the spot.
I am in the medical field and call on doctor offices everyday. I don't do reviews but this group definitely earned 5 stars.

They are the greatest people to deal with. Doctor Tyler is so friendly and professional. He takes all the time that you need. He answers all of your questions to where you understand. They all treat you like family. I would refer anyone to them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Sharp and his staff were awesome! Start to finish, they were accommodating, efficient, informative, friendly, and an easy audience for a comedian! Thanks to Denise for getting me in on very short notice, Pam for the hospitality, Amy for the hearing test (even thought I'm pretty sure she smirked when I guessed about whether or not I heard the tone), and Dr. Sharp for a thorough exam and some tough talk about Q-Tips.

Took my 11 month old in after a reoccurring ear infection. They got us in quickly and we’re SO good, patient, gently and kind with my little guy. Every person we interacted with, from front desk to doctors, seemed to genuinely care. Highly recommend.

Dr. P has always been very professional and courteous with us. She takes the time to really listen to our concerns and answer all of our questions. I've never felt rushed by her. The staff is also very kind and the audiology technicians we've met have been great with my 2 year old son.

Very impressed with this practice. There was a mixup with appointment location, but they didn't make me wait or go to the other location, they just got me in with Dr. Nelson. She was a delight. Great bedside manner and knowledgeable. She made me feel like someone was finally listening to the symptoms I had been having and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend her.

I really appreciated the time and effort spent trying to diagnose my problems. Dr Nelson was very down to earth and easy to talk with. She also could have prescribed me with prescription drugs and instead recommended a more holistic approach first with vitamins and supplements. So refreshing!

My daughter was treated very well by the staff and Dr. P; they made us feel very welcome. The doctor was very knowledgeable and gave us workable solutions for my daughter's breathing problem. This is our second time (first time was seeing same doctor at Skyridge location) and we do not intend on going anywhere else!

I had the best experience with Doctor Tyler and this office. So refreshing to be in a doctors office where the entire staff actually cares, and is truly kind. Dr Tyler was professional and so understanding, one of the few doctors that isn’t money hungry and understands we’re all struggling through a pandemic. So thankful to have found this ent doctor.

Dr.Lewark was my Doctor and did my surgery...I am so pleased and happy!!! He corrected my problem and healing was quick thanks to his perfect surgery skills! Dr.Lewark was very caring and considerate.Even with my family he was informative and kind.He made sure I was comfortable with everything and made it easy and is the best Doctors I ever came across. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lewark. Thank you for being so gentle and caring wish I can give more stars!
