Caliber Collision is an A-1 professional organization from the first phone call to your completely repaired vehicle. I want to thank every person at Caliber for keeping contact and walking me through the detailed work and even arranging with the car rental company to pick up the vehicle when I drove my truck home. Best in Davis/Woodland. I have used others in the past on a different vehicle.

Yes I googled an auto body shop in Davis, ca and I found this Caliber Collision. I walked in and the staff was so polite and greeted me. I asked for an estimate for my rt side mirror. The nice lady at the desk asked me to fill out a form and we will be right with you. Jody came out to look at my mirror and said I can see if a tech can complimentary fix it real quick. So she took my truck to the shop and came back out in five minutes and said your cars fixed. I totally recommend this auto body shop very service and professional. Thank you!

Unfortunately we have had some accidents over the years, but fortunately for us, Theresa and her team ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure our cars are back to normal and look like nothing ever happened!! Wherever Theresa is, that's the ONLY place that we will EVER take our vehicles. Customer service and repairs are always top notch and have always delivered our vehicles on time!!

I recommend everyone to request this company to do their car repairs. Aaron Vega is tops. His staff Jennifer, Theresa and other assistants rate outstanding service. They replaced two doors plus other items.

Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my vehicle. They worked well with my insurance company, they completed the work in a timely manner and they restored my vehicle to a brand new condition. Ashley, my service representative, was friendly, helpful and kept me up to date as to the progress of the work. She even allowed me to use the company of my choice to redo the ceramic on the car. I would confidently use the services of Caliber Collision for any future needs.

Went to Caliber Collision as part of an insurance covered repair from a minor accident. Everything was handled promptly and I was kept informed of the status of my car. It was repaired within a week and it looks like it did previous to the accident. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and would go back if needed for future repairs.

So pleased that my car insurance recommended this shop (Research Park location in Davis). Women managed high level of expertise and professionalism. Very respectful, trust worthy, and responsive services. Ended up doing an additional claim for some other damage plus a self-pay repair because they were so supportive and eager to help. Extremely accommodating and proactive; focus on repairs you really need at a fair price. Highly recommended for auto repair & services.

I went to Caliber Collision on Research Drive hoping that they could help me mount front plates onto my vehicle. They had taken excellent care of my car back a few years back when I got in a really bad crash so I knew they could handle this. The manager (Aaron) had someone drill the plates and plastic mount onto my car within 10 minutes of my arrival and he provided this service at no charge! Really appreciated the quick help and will definitely be returning if I need any other repairs done in the future.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber thanks to Nicole, who was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. My car was sideswiped across the rear door and bumper, but overall the damage was fairly minor. Since I am a college student and hadn't dealt with many mechanical/autobody shops before, Nicole walked me through the whole process and took the time to make sure I understood everything before we proceeded. The entire process from drop off to pickup took a little over a week -- not bad at all! Plus, Nicole kept me updated through email and by phone, and even sent me pictures of the car to show what stage it was at in the repair. The repair looked perfect, right down to the shade of paint. A few days after I picked my car up though, I noticed some minor damages at the site of the repair, including peeling strips of rubber and paint and grease stains on my cloth seats. I contacted Nicole about it and she immediately set up an appointment to replace the rubber and clean the seats. And as an added bonus, she even kept the store open a little late on a Friday evening for me so that I didn't have to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Stellar customer service and the car looks good as new. Thank you, Nicole!

Very good experience with my car bumper replacement recently. The staff here is very friendly and professional. Kudo to front desk Jennifer, she is super nice and make you feel always welcomed. They keep timely update that is super. By the end, my car is cleaned very well when I take it, I feel greatly appreciate for what they did.
