I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bay Alarm. We've been using them for our security for many years. We recently added another location and the sales rep who came out to assist us was attentive, detail oriented, and thorough. He didn't miss one thing we spoke about, in the quote he prepared. The installers were amazing gentlemen. They were so polite, ensured everything was done well, and that we understood how to utilize all of the new services we had. I've also had the same wonderful experience with the office staff. Everyone at Bay Alarm Redding are super great to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. They offer amazing services for businesses. We are impressed with the range they provide. The entire process from scheduling the consultation, to install, to training, was complete in a couple days. We have had Bay Alarm since we opened our business eight years ago. They have been so easy to work with and every person along the way has been fabulous. Just recently we had an issue and Diana from the Redding office contacted us directly and resolved everything over and above anything I could have expected. Although Bay Alarm is a large company, they truly treat every customer as if they were family. Bravo Bay Alarm!

We just had an amazing camera system installed by Bay Alarm Company. We can access it from the office or from our phones.
