Everything about Fix It Fast was seamless. I was really impressed with the communication and scheduling. I had a heat pump water heater installed. It was a big job. The work was done well and completed in one long day. I received exceptional support the following day when Sam came by to program the unit. I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.

Excellent experience. They installed a heat pump water heater. Their pricing was very fair. We had a quote from another company for almost twice as much. In addition, Sam dug very deep to get an extra rebate that the other companies were unaware of. The install team was outstanding. On time, attention to detail, very competent, and just downright nice. Highly recommend.

2 weeks ago we used Fix It Fast Plumbing. We will use Fix It Fast for ALL of our plumbing and heating needs for the foreseeable future. While their quality of work is good it’s their great customer service that has us hooked.

Sam, Freddy, Jaime and the entire team at Fix it Fast are true professionals- knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, friendly and fair. We had a leak in our HVAC system at our home in Ojai that necessitated mold remediation and immediate service. Fix it Fast came out right away to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job. They were so efficient and skilled that we decided to use them to redo the hot water and radiant heat systems in our home. They also rehabbed the HVAC systems. All the work was done to high standards. We have had issues with our radiant floor heat since the purchase of our home 6 years ago. Many technicians have tried and failed to get it right. Jaime was able to repair the system and get it running properly. I wholeheartedly recommend this team.

My heater could not be fixed (after 2 adjustments and care) Fix It Fast honored my wishes to do “fixes”. I don’t know how old my Airco and heater was, I can say it had worked ever since I moved in in 2004 then it quit working.
After their professional service I decided to purchase a new heater and air-co from Fix it Fast and had them install my new equipment

Jaime (and assistant) came in and replaced our old garbage disposal with one that we purchased and provided for the installation. He did a fantastic job and explained along the way what any possible issues could have been with the old one. He was highly professional and helpful. He explained the billing precisely and laid out the plans. I feel I didn’t go wrong at all in acquiring his services. They were in, did the installation, removed the old disposal, and were out within an hour’s time. highly recommend.

Fix it Fast Plumbing saved the day! I had a horrible back up in my kitchen sink and could not get anyone out quickly until I spoke with Lynn at Fix it Fast. She was super understanding and got Ernie out fast! He recognized the issue quickly and in no time at all the sink was working properly. They definitely live up to their name! Highly Recommend!!! I've now been a customer of Fix It Fast Fast for about two years ever since I had an emergency repair that needed to be dealt with in the dead of summer. When you get on their service contract, which is very reasonable not only do you get furnace & AC maintenance, but you truly get priority service & no-hassle emergency service after hours (and they waive the emergency fee for service contract customers!).

As for the techs--Jaime has been to my house the most and he's prompt, respectful, able to explain any issues or problems to folks (like me) who don't have a clue how HVAC systems work. I've also had Jonathan come to my house to close out a repair Jaime recommended I needed. Appreciate that Jonathan was able to come because Jaime happened to be off that day. Both techs are great! Also very neat clean-up. You'd have no idea they were in the house :) I highly recommend Fix It Fast!

I was lucky to have had my yearly plumbing evaluation completed by Fix It Fast. The team arrived on time and were able to identify and repair a couple of issues before they became an emergency. Both the water heater and shower valve were repaired the same day. Thank you for the great service and I highly recommend them for repairs.

Fix it Fast Plumbing was awesome!! Our hot water heater broke on a Sunday and my sincere thanks to Lynn for getting the technicians out right away on Monday. Jaime and Dave were very professional. They went above and beyond for us. Not only did they replace our hot water heater the same day, they were thoughtful enough to fill up buckets of excess water from the old water heater so I could water my garden. We are so happy we found Fix it Fast Plumbing and will definitely use their services again. Call them....they are great!!!

Fix It Fast performed a toilet installation on 4/10/2023. I called initially for a toilet leak and water flow faucet spitting water. The technician inspected my mess. Jaime took the time to do an evaluation. He presented me with several options for replacing the toilet. Jaime answered all my questions and explained what was what. When the work was completed, I was very satisfied. Jaime and his assistant left my place cleaner than it was before!

Called the number after getting answer machines after hours at 3 other companies,. A nice lady took my information and Sam called me back immediately. They scheduled a service rep. For the next day before 10:30 a..m. Jaime arrived at 9:05 and as I thought the water heater was gone. We agreed on a price and the 3 men had the job finished by 11:00. Thank you for your quick service. My new tenant of two weeks was elated at how fast the problem got resolved.

I have been doing business with Sam for about 9 years now. He and his crew are responsive when you call, they are professional, knowledgeable, and explain everything upfront. We have had a few major plumbing issues over the years, and Sam has always been available quickly & works tirelessly until the job is complete...even if something unforeseeable happens, he honors the original estimate until the job is done right. No one likes to have to call a plumber, but inevitably it happens, when it does I feel very confident that I am being treated fairly and being quoted reasonable prices for the work needed. Jose & the other technicians are friendly, and efficient, & do a great job of cleaning up when finished. I feel comfortable having them at my home, and around my family & pets.
