Courtyard by Marriott Thousand Oaks Ventura County

This is a better hotel at a more affordable price when compared to much of what is in the area. The rooms are surprisingly quiet and comfortable. I found the on-site restaurant to be handy. The employees will go the extra mile to make certain your stay is nice.

Nice place to stay in Thousand Oaks. Great location with easy access to the freeways. Good staff, friendly. Beds are ok, not super comfortable.

Actually we planned to stay for a night however due to prompt response to room service and warm hospitality, we extended our stay for two more night. Definitely we will return to this hotel and recommend to our families and friends. We would like to Thank Rabet for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable, really appreciate your support.

Room was spotless, very clean and quiet the whole time I was there. All staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. Freeway is nearby,plenty of food options nearby also. I definitely will stay here again.

My stay at this hotel was excellent very nice staff (front desk Edward) was really nice about anything we needed my son needed towels for the pool he was quick to make sure we got them we also needed a late check out he was super helpful with that as well the lobbies was really nice and clean very calm hotel and quite. Our room was really clean as well I forgot my
blow dryer thankfully our room had one not many hotels have that perks so it was a life saver! Overall id stay again very impressed with our stay. Clean & Nice Staff 10/10

Couldn't have been a better stay! The rooms were decent enough and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The hotel itself wasn't crowded at all and was quiet. Location is great and is close to alot of shops, restaurants and the freeway. All of the staff were very friendly and helped me with whatever questions I needed. Shout out to Jasmine at the Cafe area, she was so pleasant and nice!

Stayed here over a weekend and would recommend it. The front desk employees are nice. What a great location and loved how the parking was free considering the area. Loved how the hotel is new and clean. Rooms were large enough and did not feel cramped considering a room for 4. Our room had a fridge and I appreciated the smart TV. The pool was average size but the outside had many chairs and we appreciated the fireplace in the night. The breakfast was alright considering COVID but they would give more if you would ask. I definitely would come back.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The service staff were friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant staff in the morning. It is conveniently located with many popular stores and restaurants within walking distance. It seems that the interior has been upgraded with modern amenities

My husband and I stay here for business. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area and places of interest. We especially like the service that Eric and Johnny provide. They go above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and comfortable; they are the reason why we choose to stay here. As long as they are here, we will definitely keep coming back.

Had a GREAT visit here July 3-5, 2021. Rooms and lobby were spacious and well appointed, great condition. People at front desk and manning the food court/bar were fantastic - went way above and beyond every day. Front desk staff were sensational - very welcoming and friendly. Wish I had got the name of the front desk man who opened the pool an hour early so my granddaughters could swim before we left. Really nice outdoor space! They were open for breakfast which was so wonderful - and the server was so very accommodating and kind. We have family in the area and moved here from another hotel (Sonesta Select which was awful) for the last 2 nights of our stay - and will stay here again without hesitation.

Great choice staying close to my jobsite, clean, very friendly and attentive staff. The only complaint was I had to pay for parking when the hotel shared a common area for parking with shopping / resturant clients.

Stayed at this Marriott hotel in Newbury Park for 1 night.
Located near restaurants and easy access to the 101 freeway.

Room was very clean and roomy. Had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. Door to room and bathroom door location, were close to one another upon entering room. Always needed to ensure bathroom door was closed if you were entering and exiting room.

Was able to use their baggage cart to bring our suitcases to the room. Entrance to the rooms through front lobby area / to elevators only.

The bistro area was open, plus they had a pool, fitness center and lounge area where you could watch TV. Morning breakfast available for a fee.

Check in was easy with the front desk, and they accommodated our request to not be put by any guests who brought their pet with them.

This is a pet friendly hotel, and they allow any of their rooms to have pets in them, they don't have 1 floor assigned for guests who bring pets. We were assured they clean the rooms thoroughly after the guests with pets leave. Thankfully our room was well cleaned and no allergy issues presented themselves with our stay.

Enjoyed our 1 night accommodations and the Chili's restaurant next door. Able to order food online and easily pick it up. Nice portion sized entrees.

Olivia was great at front desk. Nice clean hotel. There is a small bar that turns into a breakfast area in the morning. Nice place.

I work for CAL FIRE and we had work related assignments to complete in the Ventura Co. area. The staff at the Marriott were extremely helpful and had great attitudes as well.

After my stay I received a call from the Director of Sales, Tony who inquired about our stay since three of us stayed at the hotel. He asked if they did well and I told him they met all of our expectations. The fact that he called to follow up was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be utilizing this Marriott for future state business.

Great location walking distance to fun good restaurants. Beautiful hotel clean, comfortable, after a long day of traveling this hotel and bed was just what I needed. The hotel staff was very attentive and welcoming they made the hotel check very simple with no fuss. Gentlemen in the Starbucks were kind started the day out great!

The service at this hotel is phenomenal and courteous. The location is ideal next to shops and other points of interest. The amenities like the pool and food we're not available but it was still an enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and I would stay here again.

noise you seek? You are surrounded by options, and all within a short walk in
either direction.
Clean rooms and tasteful decor provide
a good vibe environment, with a friendly
staff that can only add to the already pleasant experience.
Nothing over the top, it's no "Four Season's" but, at the end of your stay; you're gonna appreciate the cost. I've spent twice the amount on rooms nowhere near this nice. See for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Good experience at the hotel! They had friendly staff, nice food and is close to a lot of hiking trails as well!

We stayed here for two nights. The experience was a delight. Customer service is provided by enthusiastic and courteous team. The facility is well-maintained. There is a bar in the lobby for quick meals and coffee. Further, Covid-19 prevention protocols are strictly followed. When it comes to the room, it is spotless to the naked eye. There were sanitizing streak marks on high touch items. The bed was comfortable; we had a good night's sleep. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I would stay here again if I need a place im the area.
