CVS

I am basing this rating on one conversation I had with a person in the pharmacy named Camy. I have been dealing with the CVS at 60 Moorpark Rd. Thousand oaks for the last four years. Those were not happy experiences. I was often frustrated with long lines but mostly with the poor attitude of the pharmacy workers. They did not go out of there way to be helpful and sometimes rude and short. Today I contacted the Newbury Park store for a prescription that was transferred there. Tami was so helpful and went through several discount providers to get me the lowest price for a prescription that was not covered under my insurance. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. I’ve decided I’m not going back to 60 Moorpark Rd after I transfer all my prescriptions. Thank you Cami

This is a wonderful CVS store with excellent customer service. I have not tried the pharmacy so I do not have any experience with that, however Jenn was very kind and helpful! The store was well organized and clean as well. There seemed to be a lot of items in clearance when I visited this store. It was not at all crowded on a Saturday afternoon.

The store always has what I need and they don't move things around a lot like some stores. The people that are always checking me out are so nice and happy, it is a pleasure to go to this store.

Excellent job Brandon the pharmacist. I just wanted to say thank you so much for being caring and understanding. He did an fantastic job resolving the issue and able to come up with a great solution. Again thank you.

I have been to a few cvs pharmacies before, and I like each one I visited. This pharmacy is in a beautiful area with a lot of businesses around. The cashier who checked out my girlfriend and mine purchases was very friendly and welcoming.

Clean, Reliable, & Extremely Helpful. Huge selection of all kind of stuff. Love this place.

I visit this location because it’s close by, but between this store and the two others in Newbury Park, you might have enough shelf inventory to stock one store properly. Maybe a lightbulb will turn on in management’s head and inspire it to close the abysmal Reino store, so that the other two locations can thrive. Kudos to Daniel and Jim in the Newbury Road store who make trips to this neglected venue worthwhile.
