THIS IS THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE YOU CAN EVER GO TO. They don't care about you, they don't care about refilling your prescription on time. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE EVER SO DON'T WASTER YOUR TIME. if they answer you will be put on hold for a very long time. I don't even know who my doctor is because they switch all the time hahahah. This location is disgusting. Go to thousand oaks family doctor near the oaks mall. They will take you seriously and be professional unlike this poorly ran location.

Telling me i haven't gotten medicine since 2021...... that's why im holding my prescription in my hand from this year 2023. Do your job correctly. Absolutely gross. Doctors won't call you back so don't even leave a message. Again, waste of time.

It’s hard to find an office with friendly front desk staff. The ladies who assisted us were attentive, caring and polite. I am glad we were able to find this clinic Dr. Hameed was nice and he explained everything to us very well. We are establishing our care here and we look forward keeping it this way.

Dr Karra, Annapurna is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. She takes time to listen and to explain details. She is trying everything to take care of my situation. I am very glad I chose her as my family doctor.

I was able to get next day appointment and they were amazing. They take all the COVID preventive measures, and the staff is very professional and friendly. It's very clean facility and well organized. I would highly recommend!

ive been attending to this doctor since when I am toddler and when I had my son. I LOVE THIS DOCTOR! Very clean place and friendly nurses and doctors. They serves us very well, provide everything what we need! I'll reccome do you for Dr, Ippolito for physical, Dr. jones for pregnancy!

The staff are prompt and courteous. I have been very well cared for here.

I highly recommend Dr. Mueller and her wonderful nurse, Margarita. Dr. Mueller is one of those rare doctors who actually care about her patients. My father is 92 and has many issues that are hard to treat so a wonderful doctor is really a blessing. Margarita is also on top of everything. Good team.

But, the running of the clinic is a mess. Some receptionists are friendly but some are not. Some are cold stone face and rather chat with other receptionists while patients are standing in line. How wonderful it is to have one of those transparent clipboards to block the speaking hole when they chat.

Pharmacy technician is the worst. Can never reach the tech by phone. Called twice and left messages to resolve a simple issue but never got a return call. Had to go into their office TWICE just to speak to the teach. Never completed what he promised to do.

Left 3 messages with the Administrator, Justin for a call back. Five days now, never got a callback. Who is managing this operation?

Dr. Mueller and the nurses gets a 5 star and the rest of the administration gets a 2 star.

Establish with Dr.Karra, she’s very genuine but never addresses your concerns to the extent. I understand they want to see as much patients as possible, but patient care should be their priority. It’s not fair to sit and wait a while and leave unsatisfied. Not to mention they never get back to you on the patient portal! I always have to call to let advise them. It’s ridiculous. I saw the NP Peggy, and I really recommend her. She is very respectful and takes her time, she makes sure you leave comfortably.
