Keola Total Fitness

I have been working out at this gym for almost 3 years now. The trainers are excellent, that classes are fun and the community is a family feeling. We all support each other any way we can. I have made significant progress in my overall health and fitness with the classes. The classes are suitable for all levels. If your body needs a little TLC there is a sports massage therapist on hand. I have been seeing her for a almost a year now and fixes me when I am broken. I have injuries from a car accident that get inflamed occasionally and she knows exactly how to repair me. An excellent gym if you are looking for a place to workout.

This is an awesome place to work out!! The exercises are tailored for you so you push yourself hard without getting injured! The trainers are excellent and know what they are doing. I've been with several gyms over the years and this is the best. I started August 2019, 3x / week and haven't missed a session yet! Thanks Keola!

The atmosphere is welcoming and fun which makes me actually enjoy working out! The awesome team at Keola kept me healthy, strong, and active during my last pregnancy. Additionally, I've lost almost all my pregnancy weight and it's thanks to the amazing team at Keola!
