Friendly faces as soon as you walk in the door. Not overly aggressive which allows you to look around some first. Then they approach and ask if you need help. That put us at ease right away. Our salesperson Richard was helpful, knowledgeable, and not only helped us get everything we wanted, but for a great price too! We did a lot of searching but came back to Mattress Firm and we are very happy we did! We spent way less than expected and we are looking forward to getting our new bed! Highly recommend! Great service, great prices!

Chris did an excellent job helping us find the perfect mattress set for our needs. As soon as we entered the store he made sure to make us feel comfortable. Chris's knowledge of all the products in the store was excellent and he made sure to have us try many different mattresses to find out what felt best to us. Clint was great at helping me find what I wanted. I did my research before hand and he was knowledgeable about everything we went over, and getting the best option for myself! I got a great deal combining a bed, adjustable frame AND a waterproof bed sheet! Chris, Nick and Rich were all great while I shopped and they made the experience all the more enjoyable as I finished up my purchase. I have purchased from here before over the years, the service and quality has always been top tier.

We went to test out a few mattresses to see what we would like best. Jonathan was very helpful. He showed us different options from softer to more firm beds and we narrowed it down to what we like that was still in our budget. Even with our kids running around the employees we're still super nice and helpful. Would recommend too anyone else looking for a mattress, good price and customer service.

Clint was very helpful, patient, informative, professional but not stuffy, and the least pushy salesman I’ve ever encountered and still closed the deal. Took advantage of the great sale prices and really enjoyed the selection and ability to try out the products in the showroom! Even though they had a huge selection Clint was really able to guide us to the specific products that we wanted! We had planned on “shopping” two other stores but ended up not needing to! Two thumbs all the way up!

Chris our sales person was very knowledgeable and very personable. I felt like I left having made a new friend . I haven’t tried my new mattress yet. Was hoping for a different one but now realize everything has to be ordered! But that was my only downside to the experience.

We worked with Chris, and even on Black Friday, their busiest day of the year, he showed us prompt, patient, and attentive customer service. He answered all of our questions thoroughly & thoughtfully, carefully considering all of our concerns. He did not push any products or rush our decision at all. He showed us multiple mattresses, pillows and bases with patience and respected our price point. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in all things mattress, frames, bases, and pillows. He made our decision very easy and we left incredibly confident in our purchase & understanding of the financing & warranty!

Was in need of a mattress. Was welcomed into the store by a very friendly sales person. Never pressured at all. Every question I asked was answered. Long story, short. Rich is a great sales person. I really enjoy shopping with him everytime I need any sleep related items for my family. It is really nice to have a "mattress guy" who is knowledgeable and wants to make sure I find what I'm looking for and offers suggestions to make my purchase better. Its nice to know I can come back and have good buying experience next time I need anything else.

10 out of 10 would come to this place again. The guy was super nice. His name was Kyle. We came back three times within the space of an hour because we couldn’t decide on the mattress, and each time he really took his time to help us. Ended up getting a good deal on a mattress, and some sheets will come again.
