I talked with a very kind woman named Carol and she was super helpful, answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was talking with a real human being! I should’ve asked for an official way to review her, but there are some very helpful people out there and Carol is definitely one of them!

They have helped me tremendously. Through all my hard times. It takes a lot to swallow pride and ask for help. They make it easy.

I was discouraged after reading the reviews to go in here. My experience was wonderful, walked in, greeted to a counter immediately, and friendly. A second gentleman came up and explained the forms I had and the simple next steps I needed to take. I was in and out fast. Very nice helpful people 👍

I have had MIXED experiences when I walk into this building. At times, I have been approached kindly, and other times... I have been completely misunderstood. I understand, that people can only see from their CHOSEN point of view and personal experiences, so I do ask that if any staff sees this, that you keep,in mind no matter how much any of us "know" or don't know. We should always be extremely willing to LISTEN, and NOT judge. To not, assume. No matter how much experience we may think we have. So, I will say, at times walking in, I have had a welcome without any assumptions pointed my direction. Mind you, that is only when I am quiet. So as I "do as I preach/speak", I will say that i really hope you not only keep in mind that every experience is new. Some people have the MIND and HEART walking in... to really work on themselves so they can TRULY help others! So to NOT, HAVE assumptions and Judgements, without keeping in mind that some people really do care as Much as you do, if not more.. that NOT only myself, but I'm sure some few (or more) would REALLY appreciate that. I can speak for myself, and say that i hope your staff keeps an open mind, and remember why we take on the jobs we do, and always KEEP self-reflection in mind. What cause this building to be something available to the public? Doesn't everybody deserve equity. Why did you enter into the field of work, and job location that you did? Just a thought.
Let's LIFT eachother UP! *LET'S LISTEN*

Friendly people but it's too hard to get in contact with anybody.. went through over an hour of automated menus because they don't have an option to just talk to a human being.

I think the workers here forget THEY ARE BEING PAID TO BE POLITE I just got off the phone with a very rude worker who can’t even do basic math she then told me “does your husband show you his paystubs” she then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t “going to fight with me” all bc I told her math is wrong. If you go in person though it’s much quicker then over the phone and they all seem much more willing to help then this smart mouth over the phone. I called today a few minutes before 5 whoever answered PLEASE fire her
