This place is great for new furniture. Tons of different styles to choose from and very knowledgeable employees. I bought a sectional, a couch, two chairs and I am very happy with them thus far. Ask for Robbie. She will take great care of you.

Great selection and helpful staff! Amit was wonderful and showed us around while we were looking for coffee table, I think he showed us every coffee table that would fit the space, and we ended up with something we might not have considered otherwise!

We had a great experience shopping for our living room sofa at JR Furniture in Lynnwood. We were greeted by Bella soon after we entered the store. She was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, answered our questions, helped us browse some ideas and let us look around and decide when we needed some time to think. My husband and I were looking for a sofa sectional that also has a nice color to open up our living space. This was perfect for us, its beautiful and comfortable and fits amazingly in our space. We love it and are thankful for our shopping experience. We even met the owner who also helped us to finalize our decision and arranged for a quick delivery.

Carlos was very patient with my decision making process. We came in 3 times before deciding on the couch formations, fabric and cushioning. Carlos was available when we needed us and not overbearing, which my husband and I very much appreciated. Great service, and knowledgeable.

Attentive salespeople who are attentive but not pushy. Pointed us in the direction of recliners we were shopping for and explained the differences in fabric, construction, warranty, etc. ready for pickup in two business days.

Carlos Martinez was so incredibly helpful while also giving us space to talk during our 1st stop into the store. After comparing many other stores and couches, we returned to JR specifically to meet with Carlos again and to purchase our top choice of couches. And we couldn't be happier!!! The delivery process was understandably 2 weeks delayed but the store staff and delivery guys maintained excellent communication throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JR!!!

My wife and I came to JR furniture for a two piece couch, bed frame, dresser and night stand. Not only did they have great products, but amazing customer service. Carlos was very patient, kind and friendly to us. We asked him multiple questions and had him all over the store. He was very patient and able to research and answer every question we had. We purchased our Stanton sofa over a year ago along with a warranty plan to cover accidental damage. During a furniture moving event in our living room a few months ago, a hand cart accidentally caught the fabric on the side of our sofa and tore a small hole in the fabric. We submitted a claim with the warranty company along with photos per the instructions. The warranty company denied the claim. I contacted the Lynnwood JR Furniture Store manager, Vadym, who advocated on our behalf with the warranty company. After a waiting a couple months, Vadym was successful in convincing the warranty company to approve our claim which resulted in a total refund so we could return to the Lynnwood JR Furniture store and purchase another Stanton sofa as a replacement.
A 'big shout out' to Vadym for going above and beyond and truly advocating on our behalf with the warranty company. We highly recommend purchasing furniture at JR Furniture as the company sells quality furniture and the management promote professionalism before and after the sale.

I just received my new Stanton sofa from JR, and am very pleased, the delivery crew was awesome, and went the extra mile to get it in my tricky basement.
